The flat was roomy, with a nice balcony. I would stay here again!
Pros: The location was not in a tourist area, which was nice. The street was quiet with great cafes and restaurants around it and was an easy bus or metro ride to downtown.

Good location, nice space, easy to find!
Pros: The apartment has a very good location close to many stores (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes etc) was very well equipped and easy to find. Has a balcony and air-conditioning.
Cons: The people who handle the bookings might not be very responsive, so keep in mind to reach out in advance if you need any specific information.

Pros: The flat consists of a spacious living room/kitchen area, a small single bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking a wide and sunny courtyard. It can comfortably host 3 people for a couple of days. The metro station is 8 minutes away and there are also local buses. The flat was very quiet at night and the area had shops, resturants and other things you might need.
Cons: Don't leave food out in the open -- there are ants who will come eat it. The flat is missing some plates/glasses, one more person visited us and it became very difficult to have a dinner.

Pros: Location was good and easy to find. Was equiped with kitchen stuff which we needed. Very quite place without neighbour noises. Entering instructions were complete and easy to follow. Nearby market not expensive which was on the street next door. Very good transport but pleas don't use the bus. We tried once just to see the city and the bus was overcrowded and take us to the address after more than an hour. With subway normally half an hour.
Cons: Small items which can't ruin your stay but needs to be mentioned. There were items in the facility which were not working well. Like air conditioner if you set it to 19 degree on heating it becomes 24-5. Also too noisy and can't sleep on it. One of the towel hangs were broken. Sink in the bathroom was like this if you start it normal you got a lot of small drops around and you need to keep it in low volume. Window curtains was unrolling to the floor on their own weight from some point below. And some more similar small stuff but if they were fixed the stay would be more pleasent.

Pros: nice apartments, clean, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. there were difficulties with communication for check-in, they decided only after calling the Spanish number, keep in mind)

Súper cómodo y muy buena ubicación
Pros: La ubicación me parece muy buena, es un barrio tranquilo pero bien conectado. El dpto es muy lindo, cómodo y está bien equipado.
Cons: Tenía algunos detalles menores de mantenimiento: la persiana del living estaba trabada, no subía ni bajaba. Los apliques del baño, cómo toalleros y duchador estaban flojos, la TV no la pude hacer funcionar. No es nada crítico, pero por el precio del inmueble, que no es nada barato, debería estar todo impecable.

Pros: La ubicación, las instalaciones y servicios disponibles y la limpieza.
Cons: Bajo el grifo del fregadero había una avería que mojaba el suelo todo el rato y lo teníamos que fregar constantemente. No había tendedero para la ropa.

Pros: Очень уютная квартира с хорошей планировкой. Вблизи много магазинов. В квартире светло и тепло, есть все необходимое.
Cons: Был грязный пол и много пыли в шкафу. Также не хватило сушилки для одежды
