Beautiful penthouse in a very good location
Pros: Comfortable and stylish penthouse in a very convenient location. Monica and Carlos were very welcoming and she accommodating any request we had providing additional things we needed in the property. She also recommended very good venues and places to visit. Will stay at this property again during my next holiday or visit in Barcelona.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as described, but what really made our experience special was the host. She was always available, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From quick responses to our questions to offering local tips and guidance, her support made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and availability and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Pros: Everything was fine. The apartment is in a very quiet area, next to the metro station and direct access to supermarkets and bakeries. It has a beautiful terrace and is modernly equipped internally. Monica was very kind and gave us useful information.

Perfect location to quickly reach the city centre and surrounding areas by public transport.
Pros: Very friendly welcome. Clear info on arrival. Helpful suggestions of places to eat over the first few days.
Cons: Maybe clearer information that the main bedroom doesn't have its own door.

Excellent
Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped for us. There were three of us, and its size was sufficient. The laundry facilities were a great help, as we didn’t want to bring too many clothes with us and needed to do laundry from time to time. The location was excellent, with the metro and bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as plenty of shops, bakeries, greengrocers, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants in the area. The staircase was quiet and well-kept. Our host, Monica, was flexible, kind, and helpful. Whenever we had a question, she responded immediately. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona, and choosing this apartment played a big role in that.

Summer time in Barcelona
Pros: A very comfortable, fully equipped apartment, perfect for four people. It also has a large terrace. Great location, close to both the metro and the airport train station. Quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia. The hosts are friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants. Clean, with towels, an iron, and a hairdryer provided. A beach umbrella is also available. The appearance of the apartment is consistent with the description on booking.com

Short vacation in Barcelona
Pros: Very clean and cozy apartment. The hosts are very helpful and kind. It is very easy to communicate with them. They helped us with a transfer from the airport. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and is in a very convenient location. We are very satisfied with the stay and spent 5 wonderful days.

Pros: Wonderful flat, suited our family of four perfectly. Great neighbourhood and felt like we can experience a local area with easy access to all parts of the city. The outside terrace is the jewel in the crown! We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it and the hosts who made everything about our stay fantastic.
