Pros: Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and 3km from the city center. Several tasty and affordable restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, and the host was incredibly friendly, even providing extra coffee capsules for us.

Pros: Very easy check-in and communication with the host was straightforward and flexible.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. I was glad I found it and will definitely return!

Pros: Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area. Few mins walk to the beach and easy access to the city centre on public transport. Room for 5 with a washing machine and wifi. TV had Netflix. Ideal!

Pros: The size of the room was comfortable to host 4 adults. It has Aircon in 2 bedrooms and the living room! Kitchen was very nice, had everything you could need :) Access to and from the apartment is secure and convenient. Shower is lovely:)

Cons: The small single bedroom gets way too hot with the door closed and fan on. But easily resolved if you're happy to leave the door open.

Overall, a good stay in a less touristy neighbourhood near the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable, just missing

Pros: Positive things: -elevator -good bathroom, good water pressure -comfortable beds -AC works -nice neighbourhood, away from the super touristy areas, near the beach -enough pots and pans for cooking basic things -complimentary bottle of wine and water -easy self-check in

Cons: Things that would be nice to have (based on our experience with other holiday apartments): -would be nice to have some basic essentials for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, paper towel, kitchen towel) - we had to buy a whole bottle of olive oil, paper towel and salt for just for a few days, which was a waste of money. This should be provided. -no laundry detergent. We did not use the washing machine because it made no sense to buy a bottle of detergent for just one use. This should be provided. -would be nice to also have tea for those who don’t drink coffee -would be nice to have more toilet paper available (we were afraid of running out with the 5 of us) -third room is more of a closet with no window so it’s quite stuffy in there

We with family really enjoyed this place!

Pros: Perfect apartments, very friendly owner, who helped us with access to the apparts at night, upon our arrival. The apparts are good furnished and have all everything for comfortable rest. Apparts are clean and have perfect location for both: for rest on the beach and for a walk in the center. Groceries and cafe/restaurants are close to apparts. Pictures of apparts correspond to reality.

Pros: We liked that it was self check-in so we were flexible with the time. The apartment is done in a very tasteful way, we loved the interior design, modern, bright, beautifully decorated. It's very sunny and when you sit up in bed you can see the sea. We loved the location, very close to the beach and to a lovely street full of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. We appreciated the coffee machine, the AC and the nice water pressure. It was very clean. Right downstairs you have a great breakfast place, the Taverna Miquel.

Cons: The virtual key at the front door didn't work by us, but fortunately someone let us in. Once in the building it was no problem anymore. The apartment does look much bigger on the pictures and the third room doesn't have a window (and no AC). A dish towel would be a nice add on. We were glad we found some blankets but there were no covers for the blankets. The AC in the big bedroom only worked in the first night, afterwards not anymore.

Pros: Excellent location. Just a few steps to the sea. Excellent neighborhood, not just tourists, locals live here too, lots of great restaurants and shops. And it's not far to the city centre too. Nice and clean flat.

Nice stay if you want to be close to a beach but not great value for money

Pros: Nice & clean property very close to the beach and a nice pedestrian area in Poblenou with nice restaurants.

Cons: Nearest metro is 8-10 minutes walk. You are not that close to any of the sightseeing attractions of Barcelona. Considering main attraction of this property is being close to the beach, it would be good to have arranged beach umbrella / towels or some drying rack to dry clothes / towels. For the price these would have been reasonable to provide for added convenience. Kitchen equipment ok but could be better in terms of basic utensils, also nothing was provided (including salt, cooking oil) for cooking.

Pros: Everything is just great. The staff is very responsive and understanding. Even though we were more than an hour late, they helped us open it without any problems and helped us move into this locale. The location of the local is very convenient. Some advantages are transport connections. Cafes, shops and a shopping center with boutiques and a supermarket are within close proximity. City beach is a 15 minute walk.
