Pros: Great appartment to stay in Barcelona. Near to the bus staition and metro. Also the abiity to eat some breakfast at home is must have for me

Pros: Next to Sants train station and city tour bus. Good location, supermarkets, food... Kitchen with all facilities. We were 3, and the couch very confortable.

Pros: The apartement is close to Sants railway station and metro stop, everywhere is easy to get to. There were all we needed for a 4-day vacation with family: kitcen equipment and even tea and spices in the kitchen cabinet. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Хорошо слышны соседи сверху. Неудобная кровать +подушки. Слабый WiFi. Нет кофемашины. — You can hear the neighbors above you. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The WiFi is weak. There is no coffee machine.

Estancia muy recomendable

Pros: Ubicación perfecta,el apartamento no le falta detalle,limpio,sin ruidos ha sido un acierto . Hemos podido dejar el equipaje antes de la hora,aunque no eran así las normas. Marcos un chico tratable y nos ha ayudado en algunas dudas.

Cons: Para mí ha estado todo muy bien.

Pros: 廚房設備齊全，雪櫃挺大! 煮食用的調味和油，咖啡粉和砂糖都有，茶包也有，或許是住客留低的！有洗衣和乾衣機，但也許不提供洗衣粉或洗劑，我只在掛衣夾位置找到幾粒韓國人用剩的洗劑，因寫着韓文的。地理位置不錯，就近火車站，大概10多分鐘步程。

Cons: 住宿不提供洗頭和沐浴梘液。Check-in時間太晚，Check-out時間太早！在入住前要先上載個人文件並繳付稅費，預先check-in文件填了很久，交了款還未能成功完成，經手經提交可能因為轉了英文版而按件沒反應，做了十分多次也不能完成，最後要轉回西班牙文再按同一位置按鍵才能順利完成！因為未在入住日前提交妥當是不能入住，當時真是沒處可查詢，有點心急和不知所措！其實訂這類住房不是便宜，但麻煩是有問題就急死人，或許有機會付了房錢也無法入住，改住飯店會好一點順利一點，特別是西班牙言語不大通的情況下，飯店以上的稅款都是到住處在櫃枱繳交，沒有付了款但未繳稅款而不能入住的情況！
