A comfortable stay with wonderful support from the reception staff

Pros: Excellent service at reception, useful tips and very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious, very close to the train station. Right next door is a nice restaurant with delicious tapas.

Great option for MWC

Pros: Great option for MWC, short walk to the Metro with great coffee places nearby.

Cons: I dont think 200 Euro deposit after having paid in full in advance is standard practice ... they should re-think this policy.

Excellent stay with outstanding staff

Pros: Our stay was excellent and fully met our expectations. The apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. We would especially like to highlight the reception staff – extremely kind, attentive, and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail and were always happy to help. Truly outstanding service.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like – everything was at a very high level.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, we got upgraded to a bigger apartment with two bedrooms and were checked in early. The heating worked well and the bathroom was big and clean.
