Pros: Good location, close to famous places by foot or metro. Owner was so kind.

Pros: Nice apartement, clean and cozy. Very good location, public transport stops were very close.

Cons: The heat working was confusing. Most of the time it didnt worked. So the rooms were quite chilly. Also there are windows, but not a single view. But it wasnt a big deal.

Great Apartment in Lively Central Location.

Pros: Great communication from the host. Easy to check in and access. The location was wonderful. Near a walking promenade called Carrer del Consell de Cent, which had great restaurants and did not feel touristy. Really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was ideal for us.

Cons: Bathroom a bit tricky as we were three persons and bathroom on far side on one bedroom.

Very nice appartment!

Pros: Appartment was well furnished, with complete pots and pans, glasswear and plates, very complete. Very big fridge with freezer, and an oven was a bonus! Shower is a bit small, but plenty of hot water. Washer in the appartment was very usefull. It was a washer/dryer in one machine, the drying portion did not work properly. Fortunately, a drying rack was provided.

Cons: The couch in the living room is too low, making it difficult to rise once seated. 102 steps to climb when the elevator was not functionning... After a long day of 25 000 steps in the city, it was a good climb. But fortunately, it was repaired within 24 hours.

Erg fijn en schoon appartement op een toplocatie midden in Barcelona

Pros: Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon appartement op een zeer goede locatie midden in de stad. De buurt waar het appartement ligt (l'Eixample) is een erg leuke en levendige buurt met weinig toeristen. Prima plek om Barcelona te ontdekken. Als je de deur uitloopt sta je al midden in de stad. Van omgevingsgeluid heb je geen last omdat het appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw ligt.

Schönes Appartement, würde es wieder buchen.

Pros: Das Apartement ist sehr gut gelegen und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben genau das bekommen was wir erwartet haben. Ich würde wieder dort hingehen. Die Schlüssel per App haben super funktioniert. Alle Fenster zeigen zum Innenhof, was ich aber super fand, weil es sehr ruhig war, obwohl man mitten in Barcelona war.

Cons: Das Bett hat mir leider Rückenschmerzen beschert, weil es für mich einfach zu hart war. Aber ich bin eher empfindlich was Betten angeht. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer müsste ausgetauscht oder repariert werden.

The best thing I could say is that we would stay there again, without a doubt.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, well-furnished and clean. The location was superb. It was close to metro stops, restaurants, food markets, etc.

Cons: The apartment is on the fourth floor. The elevator was not functioning a few days. It was a long walk up.
