Beautiful apartment and great location

Pros: The property was great for our large family group and was good that it had two sofas, many other properties forget to have places to sit together when your a big group. We liked the space and the unique aspects of the building such as the lovely stain glass and the windows. The balcony was really lovely. We liked that it had air conditioning. The beds were comfortable. We also liked that there was a washing machine and dryer. Something we used quite a bit of. The showers were nice and fairly clean seeing as I couldn't see any ventilation fans to prevent damp. The lamp shades were a nice touch. The property was also in a really good location for sight seeing! Your only a few minutes walk from many beautiful historic buildings. The people who owned the property were also very good at replying to any questions we had and were very kind giving us some recommendations for food places.

Cons: The bottom of the dark coloured sofa was dirty on one part perhaps mud splat up the side. The clock needs new batteries. There needs to be more extension cables as we couldn't have the fan on and also charge our phones in the one room that is closest to the road we couldn't keep the window open as it was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. But it was also too hot and we needed the fan on but the only place to put the fan on was right next to the bed on the one side. There was no hand towels to dry hands after washing them in the bathroom or tea towels to do washing up. And no draining board to let the dishes dry. So you were expected to do the dishes in the dish washer the whole time this is easily fixed if they could get a draining board for the sink. They did have a towel for drying your feet out of the shower and bath towels for showering each. They did provide a small bottle of washing up liquid and dish washer tablet and one washing machine pod and a sponge all which where very handy whilst settling in before getting to the shops to get the items we needed for a large group of us staying. We were glad that we all are fairly fit as this apartment is up very steep steps at one point I slipped down a few as the steps are beautiful marble ones (we wouldn't recommend this for elderly people or people who can't climb many steps but I think they have this noted on the advertisement). Our elderly grand parents had planned on coming with us but we are glad they didn't for this reason. But over all a really lovely property. And many of these things could be worked around or provided for for any next guests.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a stunning terrace. Very clean and comfortable stay in the perfect location.

Cons: 2 bedrooms overlooking the street were noisy at night but probably a given in the area. No air conditioners in the bedrooms but whole apartment very well ventilated.

Perfect for a large group of young people

Pros: The apartment is big and has all the facilities. The location is good, easy to get everywhere by foot or by bus. The metro station is a 5-7 minute walk. There are 4 double and twin bed rooms and 2 sofas in the living room. We stayed as a group of 7 comfortably. Though the most comfortable and bright rooms are on the ends of the apartment (it's long and narrow, going through the entire house). There is a washing machine and dryer, and two air conditioners, plus a TV with Netflix and YouTube. The host is very responsive and kindly provided a list of recommended restaurants and attractions. Check-in is super easy; you just get the link, which you use to open the street door and apartment. No keys are needed. Ideal for a big group of people. I would book this apartment again if I come to Barcelona with a big group of friends again.

Cons: The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator, which makes it hard to get there even for young people. I can't imagine how senior people can get there every day. The bedroom, which faces the street, is bright and comfortable but becomes very noisy if you open the window (and you would like to open it at night during summer). The apartment is long and narrow, so if you open the windows, the drafts are strong. It would be nice for the host to provide more washing machine and dishwasher pods, as well as toilet paper. For a 7-day stay, we were provided just one pod for the dishwasher and one pod for the washing machine, so we had to buy washing powder and wash the dishes by hand. There was only one garbage bag, so we used ones from the grocery store. Also, there were not enough clothes hangers—up to five for the entire apartment. The Nespresso coffee machine was not working properly - we bought the right capsules, but it was making a smaller amount of coffee than it should, once in three or four tries. I believe that it needs to be cleaned or replaced. But there is a decent coffee shop in the same house called Syra Coffee. Virtual keys are questionable from a security standpoint. The website shows the exact address and apartment number, so if an outsider gets the link, they will be able to access the apartment without issues. By the way, there is no safe box in the apartment. I hope that the virtual keys link is at least invalidated after each stay, but it would still be better to not show the address on the website.

Pros: Posizione e disponibilità dell host super! Struttura ordinata,pulita e abbastanza moderna! La consiglio.

Soggiorno eccellente, struttura buona (a parte qualche cattivo odore proveniente dalla cucina).

Pros: Posizione e i doppi servizi! In più aveva due bei divani!

Cons: Il palazzo era sprovvisto di ascensore

Een prachtige appartement op een uitstekende locatie.

Pros: Prachtig groot appartement met genoeg ruimte voor 8 personen. Communicatie met de huurder liep erg gemakkelijk.

Cons: De 82 traptreden omhoog is na een nachtje op stap wel een uitdaging… ;)

MADONNA QUEEN OF POP

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, poco ruidoso. Habitaciones amplias. Menaje de cocina completo.

Cons: Cuando llegamos había dos dormitorios con falta de cristales en las ventanas y no había abrigo para las camas. Lo arreglaron al día siguiente. Cuarto sin ascensor.
