Nice

Pros: The location was perfect, minutes from the Sagrada. It’s a great size and in a nice building. Clean, all the amenities you need.

Cons: The bunk bed room isn’t really suitable for 2 adults. Definitely bunk beds for children- not comfortable or the right size for adults. Also, having to pay a €300 cash deposit on arrival needs to be changed- you get a WhatsApp the day before telling you about this (it isn’t mentioned anywhere on the booking) it’s really annoying because 1) most people don’t have cash and 2) it’s a significant amount of money the day before a holiday. There needs to be some type of credit card charge for deposit that can be held then returned.

Pros: Ideális helyszín családi nyaraláshoz vagy nagyobb baráti társaság számára. Remek elhelyezkedés, segítőkész szállásadók, jól felszerelt konyha. Innen minden könnyen megközelíthető, az ár-érték arány is kiváló!

Cons: Volt azonban néhány apróság, ami hiányérzetet hagyhat a vendégekben. Például a fürdőszoba felszereltsége: nem volt wc-papír, sem fürdőszobai kilépő, így zuhanyzásnál folyamatosan vizes marad az egész padló. Azt gondolom, hogy a takarítás is lehetett volna alaposabb, néhány helyen állt a por a szálláson...

Pros: Bonne localisation, appartement propre, linge de lit et serviettes propre. Maxim nous a très bien accueilli.

Cons: Attention à bien lire car l’établissement prend une caution de 300 euros en liquide donc il faut prévoir. Mais aucun souci pour la récupérer

Un estacia perfecta para estar en familia y compartir

Pros: Que está muy cerca a la Sagrada Familia, lo cual lo hace un punto de fácil llegar, ya que tiene varias líneas de metro. El apartamento es interior con luz natural que ingresa por los patios de los edificios alrededor y lo hace un espacio tranquilo. Y sus dos habitaciones tienen ventiladores que ayudan mucho para refrescar para dormir cómodo.

Cons: Que al subirse o moverse en la litera que tienen se mueve mucho lo cual se siente inestable, de resto todo bien y perfecto.

bon emplacement

Pros: gentillesse ,disponibilite ,adaptabilite et patience pour notre hote ,bon acceuil quartier calme et metro proche (comme la sagrada vu que c est la station) ,un parking souterrain a coté ( cher !!) appart fonctionnel ,juste l essentiel

Cons: la literie est un juste mais sur un court sejour ça passe l insonorisation de la rue parfait mais des voisins pas le moindre ,resonnance des conduites d eau et partage des moments quotidiens du voisin (en haut a cote c est pareil)
