Aspasios Sagrada Familia Apartments

Pros: Good location, close to sagrada, quiet neighbourhood, nice view of sagrada, nice balcony. Working and reliable lift. Staff was prompt at replying texts.

Cons: Couldn’t find the washing machine at first, eventually found it on the balcony. Bed sheets were a bit aged. Overall good stay.

Pros: Very clean and comfort property, close to Sagrada familia on a 5 minute walk.

The best apartment ever

Pros: Literally everything. The instructions about the location of the apartment and the use of the utilities were very helpful, the apartment was in excellent condition and clean. It had everything we needed to and was in a great location close to everything. Everything went smoothly and we are looking forward to stay in it again sometime!! Thank you for this experience

Cons: Everything was wonderful

Had a great time in Barcelona

Pros: Great location. Easy to get transport to anywhere in the city. Great view esp from rooftop terrace. The hosts were fantastic and answered my messages very quickly. It was good having a WhatsApp number to call or message them. Very comfortable beds.

Cons: The apartment although spacious and in a great location, was a bit “tired”. The original floor tiles need professional cleaning. Furniture a bit grubby. Some mould in the shower.

Great stay, very clean and good location for short stay!

Pros: Clean, spacious enough and good location. Easy check-in and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and key sites - Sagrada familia (5 mins) and parc Guell (possibly 40 mins but mostly flat and was easier/ less time than taking the metro). Well equipped with cleaning supplies and even had a washer and dryer which was really helpful. Would stay again!

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment.

Pros: Everything was great. Close to Sagrada Familia, near shops, bars and restaurant. Apartmant was new and very clean. I also like communication with host via online system. I definitely would recommend it to everyone.

Very satisfied for our stay, highly recommend, will come back again!

Pros: Excellent location, clean and comfortable, cooking available, close to supermarkets and cafes!

Cons: It would be great and more hygienic if more toilet rolls and bath floor towels are provided for replacement.

Fantastic apartment, the rooms are not big but enough. Very clean and well taken care of.

Pros: The modern style, every appliance work well and was easy to use, the hot water in the bathrooms was perfect. The location is unbeatable to visit Sagrada Familia and also really close to a tube station.

Cons: Not enough storage space. There are no wardrobes, just bars to hang clothes and only in 2 of the 3 rooms. If you plan a longer stay it could be a bit inconvenient

Pros: Wonderful apartment – very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bedding, towels, and other amenities were all of excellent quality. The location was ideal, with the metro less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The local neighborhood also had a great selection of restaurants and small supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

Pros: Amazing location, beds really comfy, flat has a great layout and there's a lovely rooftop terrace (even in February!) - a couple of chairs for the balcony would be great as the view of Sagrada Familia is one worth savouring.

Cons: Some of the fittings a bit worn, but the overall quality was very good.
