Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, good location, nice view and good wifi connection.

Cons: Not all the heating radiators were working, and when they turned them all on when we arrived, the electrical fuses were turned off.

Pros: Near metro station and Sagrada Familia. Clean and noiseless apartment. Very friendly and helpful host.

Cons: Very tiny and bad smelling bathroom. Single room’s window with no blinder.

Nice apartment in beautiful residential area of Barcelona

Pros: Great location in pedestrian avenue, three blocks from Sagrada familia. Bakery, cafes, restaurants, shops,everything close for our convenience. Apartment is clean with all toiletries, dishes and appliances you need for staying. Quiet nights and sunny mornings with birds song. Hosts were nice, always available and informative.

Cons: Bathroom is functional but should be refurbished.

Pros: Amazing location, really comfy beds. Lovely apartment but what I think really made our experience was the help , advice and welcome from Mario. He gave us lots of good and practical advice tailored for our family with smaller kids. And texted to touch base with us to make sure we were OK.

Cons: Genuinely there was nothing to find fault with. We would all love to come back.

Decent, but overrated

Pros: The apartment is located in a very nice street with lots of bakeries and restaurants. We had all our breakfasts in the neighborhood. Tha apartment was clean and comfortable with two big bedrooms with double beds, and on small bedroom with a single bed. There is a small elevator which was great since the apartment is on the fourth floor. If you stick your head through one of the doors on the French balconies, you have direct view towards La Sagrada Familia, which can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes.

Cons: The bathroom is really small. The living room and the kitchen are both quite small. There is only one mirror in the apartment, placed in the bathroom. The standard of the apartment is ok, but it is far from new. The location of the apartment is a bit remote, except for La Sagrada Familia, there isn't much worth seeing in the area. Expect around 30 minutes of travel time, to get downtown or to anywhere else. The guy who met us at the apartment was very helpful, but almost drowned us with information on WhatsApp. Better to get the information in a document before we arrive, when we still have time to plan. The current rating of the apartment on booking.com made huge expectations, which was not fulfilled.

Pros: Me gustó mucho el barrio, muy familiar, seguro, bien ubicado. Desde el balcón se puede ver la Sagrada Familia y de noche iluminada es hermosa.

Pros: Дуже гарне місце розташування, 5 хвилин від Базиліки. В апартаментах чисто, є кондиціонер, та усе для комфортного перебування. Також, окремо хочу подякувати Маріо, який консультував та супроводжував протягом всього часу проживання. Стовідсоткова клієнтоорієнтованість.
