Pros: Near all the major tour spots and metro, good food around.. Good shower, clean ... Actually meet ppl to hand you the keys and the team respond via whatapp is amazing.

Pros: It was very clean. The location is very good. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The little terrace is amazing. Overall a very good apartment. Quiet and peaceful.

Cons: Beracelona has in general a cockroach problem, but we saw too many :(

Super welcoming staff, nice and clean apartment with a terrace of view Sagrada Familia

Pros: Before the arrival, the team created a group chat for sharing us more informations needed and easier communication. Marc and Xavi were super kind and warm welcoming us for introducing all the essentiel info for our staying. The apartment is well equipped, location perfect to reach several monuments, and the terrace is lovely with a view of Sagrada Familia! Wonderful staying for our girls trip. Definitely recommended !

Cons: There is only one bathroom. It's quite okay for us as close friends but if you are more than 4, need to take it as a consideration.

Pros: The host Mark was fantastic, also the location was very good and the apartment was very well cleaned before our arrival.

Barcelona 3 nights with friends

Pros: Great and safe location on a pedestrianised avenue, near a metro station, 15mins walk down to Sagrada Familia. Surrounded by countless cafés and restaurants. Well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk (Caprabo). Well maintained older style apartment. Great WiFi reception. Functioning kitchen and washing machine. Great option if looking for a reasonably priced self-catering apartment. Outstanding communication with property management company.

Cons: Note that there's only 1 bathroom/toilet. Fine for a family, but does require some organisation if travelling with friends. We were a party of 5 adults, some used the shower in the evening, others in the morning as otherwise there wasn't enough hot water.
