I we come to Barcelona with your family definitely a good place to stay

Pros: Well decorated property everything a family needs was there

Cons: Because it was cold especially at nights the front facing bedroom was cold as the windows where letting in the cold and the noise

Pros: Just the perfect position !! Very close to a decent supermarket , Church Sagrada and all amenities. Great Location in very safe and nice area. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful clean and stylish apartment

Cons: The single room does not have an air conditioner, and opening the window for ventilation is not a viable option due to privacy concerns. It would be helpful if a fan could be provided instead.

great first visit to Barcelona

Pros: the property was perfect inside, just like the pictures. lovely decor & very comfortable. we were met with a lovely welcome hamper which was a nice touch & all of our dealings with the staff were excellent.. great communication from start to finish. we had a little issue but the manager resolved this quickly without any issue so we were pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this apartment & company to friends

Great location but you have to be okay with noise

Pros: Spacious and full of amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped. The welcome basket was a pleasant addition. Hot water was available at any time and the bathroom was clean and functional. The location was excellent. The Sagrada familia was a 5 minute walk away as was a metro station. Plenty of restaurants are close by as was a large super market.

Cons: The noise was practically impossible to avoid. The street now felt like it was in the apartment and you could practically hear everyone's conversations from other apartments in the building. The windows are single glazed and the frames are wooden, so there was always a draft and sound is not stopped. This is something that should be addressed by the owners given how many complaints have been made. Also some smaller issues like no coffee table in the living room or somewhere to hang a towel after washing your hands in the bathroom.

Pros: Top Locatie! Alles lekker dichtbij Mooi ingericht, schoon en alles is aanwezig. Wifi top! Parkeergarage op loopafstand. Heel attent een welkomst mand met lekkernijen

Barcelona piękna - zrekompensowała niedogodności.

Pros: Lokalizacja korzystna. Blisko sklepy, komunikacja miejska. Dobre jedzenie po sąsiedzku.

Cons: Mieszkanie posiada trzy sypialnie - dwie sypialnie mają okna na klatkę schodową. W mieszkaniu słychać odgłosy sąsiadów oraz dźwięki z ulicy. Trafiliśmy na remont ulicy i w sąsiedniej kamienicy.
