The flag was clean, had everything we needed and location was brilliant.

Pros: Fantastic location, clean and functional. Good value for money. Excellent communication and very helpful host.

Location excellent

Pros: Communication before we arrived was excellent. The location is brilliant we walked to Placa Catalunya in less than 30 minutes and Sagrada Familia is 3 blocks away

I want to come back already!

Pros: The place was spectacular. Located on fifth floor it both allowed for relative peace in the middle of the large city, but it wasn't inconvenient to move about. Fully loaded with different amenities, including kitchen equipment and fully-seized bathroom. 3 air conditioners for comfy warmth in the evenings and cool air in the middle of the day. Every room was fully equipped and ready for staying-in. Perfect for a family of 4-5.

Cons: The lift could be a bit bigger - but its nobody's fault - it's just the way the building is organised. Also, and that too is nobody's fault - one could hear noises from surrounding apartments - especially at night.

Good location, polite host, not exactly real photos of flat (bedroom) - has to update them.

Pros: Location is good, near metro station and Sagrada Familia. Many shops around. Host was very polite and professional from beginning, all compliments about him.

Cons: Photos at Booking was not real. Smaller bedroom shows 2 separated single beds at floor, which was perfect for my kids and that was one of main reasons why I chose this place. In real, there were bunk bed, which my kids couldn’t use (upper bad wasn’t safe for us) and we have to moderate sleeping places, which made our vacation more stressed. Other things was good and we didn’t have any issues.

Ideal place for a comfortable self catering stay

Pros: Well located, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. Good shower, balcony and roof terrace with nice views. Good value for the location. Helpful host.

Cons: Walls quite thin so could hear neighbours but nothing to be done about that
