Location, location, location!

Pros: The location is exactly as described, on the corner of Plaza Sagrada Familia, with views of the Sagrada Familia and park directly from the balcony. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All in all a wonderful place to stay, convenient to metro and busses to interesting locations (Barceloneta, Parc Guell). Supermarkets and decent places to eat and drink likewise.

Cons: Be aware that the street-facing bedroom can be quite noisy, especially on a Friday night. Surcharge for check-in after 9PM is a bit excessive considering the total price of the apartment.
