Pros: Everything was good. Central area, comfortable, large apartment, we had a good rest, it was quiet. We will come back with pleasure!

Basic Clean Apartment in a Superb Location

Pros: Last stop for us in Barcelona after staying in hotels around Europe. The Apartment is Large and most importantly for us had a Washing Machine, Everything is basic but clean and the Location is most definitely the key selling point of this property!! Shops, Restaurants and Bus Tour are all minutes away

Cons: Maybe some more Comfy chairs and some Tea and Coffee would be a nice touch, especially as this is not a cheap apartment !!

Pros: Perfect location. 2 rooms with seperate bathrooms. Living room is not very welcoming for 4 people although it is very large couch and chairs are not very comfy. Should create a more cosy living room. Seperate beds put together however when you move or sit on one bed they immediately move out from each other. Recommend owner to attach them together. The location is really great and the aprtment is very clean. Communicayion with the owner was perfect. Perfect check-in and address instructions. Thanks for the hospitality.

Cons: The apartment was up to 6 people but there was only 4 chairs for the table. There are two bedrooms and 2 wc which is good but there is only one hairdryer in one of the restrooms. There may be a vacuum cleaner instead of a mop.

Great size apartment, convenient location. Clean and great for a family.

Pros: Great size aparment for a family, location is ideal, so close to Plaza Catalonya and can walk everwhere. The check-in process was seemless as we received frequent and clear communication from the host from the moment we confirmed the booking. It was wonderful to have a bath in the bathrooms.

Cons: While the kitchen was well equipped, the toaster and kettle didn't work. The price was on the high side so will not be staying there again.

Great apartment with perfect location

Pros: Great location, easy check in process, clean hotel, great amenities

Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable and could do with being upgraded but other than this it was faultless

Well appointed and comfortable

Pros: I loved the location . The apartment has everything one needs. We was well informed about arrival and departure.

Cons: I appreciate it’s residential and have to keep the noise down but if you are renting a property then you must appreciate that we are on holiday too. I never received any complaints about the noise but the warnings from yourselves made us feel uncomfortable some times.
