Pros: We stayed in H3 apartment for 3 days in early November. The apartment is large very clean with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dryer (which is a big plus) and is located in the center, 1 min. walk from La Rambla. We loved it. The only \

Cons: Poor communication with the owner. Perhaps more explanation about closing the door would have been of great help. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor. There is a hostel on the first floor. PS Extra bath towels will be pleasant

Great location, but support is lacking, as no one on site to answer questions or provide assistance

Pros: Great location in Barcelona, good access to main parts of town that we wanted to visit. Washer/dryer combo was perfect for a multi night stay

Cons: Inadequate support to enter the room at check in time, no one on site available to guide us through the phone/key access to the room. not enough towels, not enough coffee, and soft mattress in one bedroom that needs replacement
