Ola Living Gaudi

Great location and charming flat but for June bit pricy and in a dark alley.

Pros: Location céntrico Great. Around the corner from Palau de la Música. But in a dark side alley, Not feeling so Great . But charming otherwise . Nur noisy. Had earplugs.

Cons: But in a dark side alley, Not feeling so Great For June I found it a Bit pricy. Check it had to be with a new app / NFC and nearly not possible as my phone battery was very low. I Managed in the end and was ok . Had to make the soda bed for my kids myself and luckily found sheets in the cupboard. But charming otherwise . Nur noisy. Had earplugs.

Nice place with a few caveats.

Pros: Pretty central location but it apartment looks relatively old school and not too modern, which was fine I suppose. Huge flight of stairs to get up (4 flights I believe) and there was no lift so be prepared for that. There were shower essentials provided and a good washer. The streets were relatively quiet but occasionally smelt like piss/weed which can be off putting. (Turns out most of the city centre of Barcelona is kinda like that.)

Cons: The flight of stairs to get up. The shower could be improved as the temperature of the water was not stable. Water fluctuates between hot and cold so that was a little annoying. Dim but not too big of an issue.

Great place in the heart of the Gothic Quarter

Pros: Right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. Spacious apt will all amenities .

Cons: No lift , so if you have heavy bags it’s a struggle up 2 flights of stairs

Good stay.

Pros: Everything is near by the apartment. Fully equipped, quiet place. Easy to come in, without key, with app on phone.

Cons: Dark inside, furniture are old.

Great value for money!

Pros: While the apartments themselves were alright, the true standout feature was the incredible location. We absolutely loved it.

Cons: The lack of soundproofing between apartments was a significant problem. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and other noises from adjoining units, making it difficult to find peace and quiet. Late-night noise was particularly disruptive, with one instance involving a loud conversation at 1:00 AM that significantly impacted my sleep.

I would visit the same apartment again

Pros: Location, clean apartment, full kitchen, 3 free coffee capsules, a lot of space

Cons: We don’t have any complaints.

Pros: Location is great, walkable distance from lots of restaurants and cafes. House is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable to use

Cons: We had to collect the key from a totally different address than the apartment’s address which was a hassle

3 days in BCN

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. Close to everything, bus metro, walking area with a lot of choices for tapas restaurants.

Cons: House is ok, the standard is reached, a welcome box with coffee cups clean sponge little bottle of oil and vinegar, some the. Fridge was empty, no water. The check in process is a bit annoying, also the 200 eur requested on top. Check in at doors was Easy, we also got a code the the apartment door, just we were lucky everything worked so no need tonalert anyone to enter from the street.

Parfait!!

Pros: L’emplacement est vraiment top, proche du centre et accessible en transport. Très spacieux et très agréable.

Cons: Rien

Pros: Klidna ctvrt, skvela dostupnost na MHD, dobre vybaveni kuchyne

Cons: Schody😂
