Great location, lovely apartment

Pros: Great apartment, nicely decorated, lots of space. Perfect location. Would have been happy to stay longer.

Cons: Check in form and security deposit is complicated and very high for a one night stay

Great stay

Pros: Great location. Nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom.

Cons: You have to wait quite a bit for hot water to come in the shower. You can hear the noise from outside but it's manageable. There is no hairdryer.

Pros: The facilities were excellent and it's in a marvellous position for the Palau de la musica.

Cons: The winding metal staircase to access the apartment is quite hard work for elderly legs, especially carrying luggage

Perfect for our brief visit to Barcelona - would def stay again

Pros: Great standard apartment for 3 people, spacious, with separate kitchen room, separate bedroom with a second private bathroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. Very clean and well designed. Big advantage is the great central location. There is an elevator in the building. We are totally coming back again!!

Pros: The location was great. The apartment had everything you needed. There is an elevator in the building, which was very convenient because you didn't have to climb the stairs with your luggage. The apartment had 2 bathrooms.

Cons: There was no air conditioning, which we were aware of, but unfortunately the noise from the street was quite loud and we couldn't sleep with the window open.

Fantastic Location

Pros: Fantastic location! Very close to Placa de Catalunya where Aerobus stops from the airport, €7.45 each way about half an hour journey. Comes about every 10-20min depending on the time of day. We walked most places but also used the metro, equally economical and easy to use. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Supermarket at the end of the road/lane. Brunch at Casalolea just down the lane was delicious. The sofa was already made into a bed which was very welcome when we arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed by 2 hours. There is also a small welcome pack with teabags, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, balsamic We had a couple of issues which were sorted very quickly after a message was sent.

Cons: The apartment was a little dark with only one window looking out into the lift shaft from the sofa/living room. No shutter on it so the light from the hall came through at night. Slightly annoying if sleeping on the sofa bed. There are french doors in the bedroom though, which when open gave a nice breeze through and extra day light.

Enjoyable, well appointed, and excellent location.

Pros: Well appointed, spacious, and excellent location. Handy to a lot of places, including the neighbourhood super mercat, coffee, and food places. Enjoyed seeping wine from the balcony.

Cons: Minor - noise from lively neighbourhood.

Great value for money

Pros: Great location (although effected noise from down street at night), very clean

Wonderful and very memorable three nights right in the centre of the old part of town.

Pros: Central location in the old part of town was wonderful, balconies onto the street, helpful reception, wonderful iron stairs and entrance way.

Cons: Bed was a little hard, rubbish collection in the street below was incredibly noisy each night (but we did get used to it … just as the locals must have). I would have enjoyed a little more softness: softer cushions, another pillow, choice of bedding for hot nights.
