A good place for families on a budget

Pros: The apartment was nicely renovated. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The laundry was nice to have. The location was average for a Barcelona suburb: a few stores, parks, restaurants and public transit nearby. The host explained things very well, and even had a nicely printed guide of things to do and see. Value for money was average for Barcelona.

Cons: We were on the ground floor next to the main entrance of the building. The narrow street had cars parked on both sides. The windows were at eye level for pedestrians, so we did not feel comfortable opening the blinds. It was noisy at times. There was some confusion about having to pay a visitor tax directly to the host, but we were able to resolve this.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Gastfeber, grosse saubere Wohnung mit alles was nötig ist für eine gemütliche Aufenthalt. Ruhig nicht im Zentrum aber in der nähe von Metro. Es gab auch Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist. Toll!

Pros: we were satisfied with our stay. Getting to the house and the garage was very easy. Everything about the house and garage was in the descriptions. The videos you added also helped us understand. Host was very kind and helpful.

Cons: 1- The outer door can only be opened by making a call. It may be better if this can be opened by sending a message via WhatsApp. (Generally, those who come to visit different countries only get an internet package and cannot make calls.) 2- Towels smelled very bad. It probably smells because it doesn't dry after washing. The sheets also smelled a bit. you can solve this.

Pros: Anfitrión atento en todo momento y disponible ante cualquier necesidad. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Estancia tranquila. Lo recomiendo.

Cons: Todo bien.

Pros: Los ambientes súper acogedores, amplios y de buen estilo. La salida y la entrada a la casa súper segura y la ubicación a dos pasos del Tranvía o a 6minutos del Metro caminando, mercadona y restaurantes cerca. La pasamos muy bien.
