Apartamento NUEVO con encanto en SAGRADA FAMILIA

Pros: Very good location, close to Sagrada Familia, numerous grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.The apartment had everything that was in the description, there was even a corkscrew. The decor was nice and bright. The price was adequate to the quality.

Cons: The view from all the windows was either a wall, the inner yard or the window of the other room, so the apartment had almost no daylight. The bunk bed in one of the rooms was incredibly uncomfortable and noisy. It squeaked with the slightest movement, and you could feel the hard springs pressing into your body through the mattress. The bathroom was tiny. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people and 5 nights were definitely not enough, we had to buy more on our own. There were no extra garbage bags. The dish sponge was used and smelly from previous guests and there were no new ones, so we washed the dishes with our hands. There was only one wine glass. The walls were very thin and you could hear loud steps, clatter of dishes and other noises from the residents all the time.

Nice location, not super clean apartment without normal lighting

Pros: The location is nice, there are a lot of coffee shops around. Apartment has air conditioner. All the rooms have doors and the kitchen is a separate room with doors. There is elevator in building

Cons: The apparent was dirty (the shower floor, old towels with the stains, twice we found long hair in the kitchen plates ). The appliances weren’t clean enough. Walls are dirty Two of three bedrooms had very bad lighting and no view because the windows facing walls (as well as the windows in the living room, bathroom and kitchen). Bu the way you can easily hear everything what is happening in the next bedroom or even the neighbors. The owners left us 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week and asked to throw out garbage, but they don’t provide garbage bags so we had to buy them. We had only one pair of keys so it wasn’t easy to go out not together. Check in/out communication was through Whatsup (I prefer to have it all in booking)

Pros: Space was very comfortable. Beds were nice. Space was well-suited for a relaxing time. Kitchen was moderately equipped - enough for a short stay. Everything was mostly spotless and very clean. The owner and the person delivering the keys were easy to communicate with. Location was really excellent and the neighborhood and amenities were perfect! Great value for the price.

Cons: Toilet seat was broken upon arrival and it needs replacing. Other small things were broken that could use repair or maintenance. Only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4x people for 5x days, so we ended up having to buy more of our own at the end of our stay. Would have been great for the person to welcome you to the apartment to not only mention and also really emphasize the importance of how to use the elevator and the consequences of not doing so properly. We had a really unfortunate situation with the neighbors because we forgot to shut the elevator doors, keeping it on the 7th floor. We feel very bad guilty about this and understand it was our fault, but it would have been useful to point this out to us upon arrival and explain what happens when you don't operate it properly and how the neighbors will inform you (by ringing the telephone in the flat to amend the situation). We didn't understand what was happening and we weren't familiar with this kind of elevator before this apartment and felt VERY sorry and guilty when neighbors became frustrated with us after keeping it on the 7th floor on accident. :-( It would be advisable to have some signs and reminders in the flat, near the front door to make sure this is known and as a visual reminder. If foreigners are coming back to the flat after a long day out in the city and forget to do this, this would be helpful and would help avoid frustrating the locals and residents.

Pros: Apesar de ter apenas 1 casa de banho para 6 pessoas, a casa cumpriu com o objetivo. Localização excelente!

Pros: Czysty i duży apartament w pobliżu Sagrada Familia. Szybki kontakt z wynajmującym. Polecam!

Pros: Mieszkanie duże. 3 pokoje. Łazienka troszkę mała...ale można skorzystać. W budynku winda. Lokalizacja blisko Sagrada Familia, w obrębie 10 min 2 stacje metra + autobusy, wszędzie blisko. 200 m sklep spożywczy i kilka restauracji. Polecam.

Mieszkanie jest warte uwagi przy wynajmie dla większej rodziny.

Pros: Mieszkanie schludne, spore i wygodne. Jest kilka drobnostek które można by było poprawić, ale nie są one na tyle znaczące by zaważyły na całości pobytu. Będąc kolejny raz w Barcelonie będziemy chcieli zatrzymać się ponownie w tym samym miejscu.

Pros: La ubicación, es un lugar central que permite conocer varios sitios turísticos caminando. El anfitrión siempre estaba muy pendiente y respondía super rápido. Y el apartamento es muy cómodo.

Cons: No son claras ciertas condiciones en la página de Booking, ya que se debe dejar un depósito de 300 euros que debe ser en efectivo, mismo caso que los impuestos.. Al ser turista no se cuenta con gran cantidad de efectivo ya que todo se maneja con tarjeta.

Great location, very helpful host, easy to coordinate entry and exit.

Pros: Great for families. Close to parks / playgrounds, metro, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Cons: Quiet, clean, 3 bedrooms.

Muy buen apartamento!!

Pros: El departamento estuvo muy bueno y comodo. Teniamos privacidad con las habitaciones y cerca a la sagrada familia.

Cons: Solo tenia un baño y se dejaba garantia. Si no me avisaba el dueño, casi no llevaba efectivo.
