A great apartment a short walk from the Familia Sagrada!

Pros: This apartment is a short walk from the Familia Sagrada. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. It was great for our family of 6 with 4 kids.

Cons: They sent a repairman to try to fix the window blinds soon after we arrived. Ideally this would have been done before we arrived.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family

Pros: Perfect for larger group / family, very clean and comfy. Sagrada Familia is just around the corner. We got a real good night sleep, and would definitely return. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was pleased with the quality of the apartment.

Cons: My only issue was with the check-in process. While we were provided with the code for the apartment, we were not given the code for the building door. As we arrived late in the evening, we had to wake up the building attendant in order to gain access to the building. This was a bit of an inconvenience and caused us some frustration, as we were with kids, but once we were settled in the apartment, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Despite this small hiccup, I would still highly recommend your establishment to others and would consider staying again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant stay overall.

Pros: Very good location close to main touristic places. Just a few steps away from Sagrada Família. Clean and cozy apartment.

Pros: 距離聖家堂＆聖保羅醫院很近，想在清晨黃昏拍聖家堂的話很方便 冷氣一度故障，但房東很迅速的處理了 交通方便，地鐵和公車都很便捷 電子開門很好用

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Good restaurants in the area. Comfortable for 6 persons. Very clean.

Cons: Φασαρία απο τον δρόμο και απο τα γειτονικά διαμερίσματα.

Pros: Appartamento grande, spazioso e confortevole. Comodo alla metro e a pochi passi dalla Sagrada Familia. Ideale per famiglie numerose o per un gruppo di amici.

Cons: Sistema di apertura portone e porta non sempre immediato.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Pros: Super Lage in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia, tolle Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber.

Cons: Die Umgebung ist recht laut und das Gebäude hellhörig. Letzten Endes war uns das aber von vornherein klar, Barcelona ist nun mal kein Dorf. Das Geschirr hätte gern sauberer sein können. Das schiebe ich aber mehr auf Vormieter, die nicht vernünftig abgewaschen haben. Was uns wirklich gestört hat: uns war es in der Wohnung schlichtweg zu kalt. Wir haben nicht das beste Wetter erwischt und sind völlig durchnässt zurück in die Wohnung. Die Möglichkeit, die Temperatur in der Wohnung zu erhöhen, wäre schön gewesen. Die Klimaanlage war aber fest programmiert und da wollten wir natürlich nicht dran rumdrehen.
