Recommend!

Pros: The apartament is perfect for a short stay. The localization is great, by walk you can go to main attractions of the city. All you need is in the apartment. I would choose this place one more time if visiting Barcelona again. Most important, the communication with the owner very good, quick and clear 🙂

Good

Pros: I stayed here for four nights and then extended my stay for another 12. During that time, I changed apartments twice and was able to get a fairly accurate overall impression. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff I spoke to were always friendly and helpful.

Cons: The cleaning service really needs to be improved. It is not provided if you stay less than 7 nights. We stayed for a total of 16 nights and am sorry to say that I did not see anyone. I think it is a great disservice if cleaning tools are not provided.

We had wonderful 3 nights stay at property.

Pros: very clear communication and Easy check in and check out. perfect location and room size is big for small family with Kid.

Cons: Switches are broken, water was going slow in sink. Little dents and paint required to maintain it well.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment had everything I needed — it was comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was easy, and there was a convenient place to leave my luggage before and after the stay. The location was great — close to the beach and within walking distance of places like the Sagrada Familia. Would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Lots of space, living room with kitchen in addition to the bedroom, supermarket 2 minutes away. Very quiet. 11 minutes from Sagrada Familia.

Cons: One window could not be closed. When there was a strong wind one of the ventilation grilles fell out.

Great stay in Barcelona!

Pros: The location was very good, close to many groceries and restaurants. Is located in a very good residential area near Sagrada Familia (12 min by walk). It’s a safe area. The flat was big enough and clean. The bed was really big and we also had a sofa. The self check-in was very convenient and quickly and the host is responsive. I’ve pay the city tax with bank transfer. The location was close to the metro station (500 m-5 min by walk until the Tetuan metro station) also good conection with the public transport. We were able to see all the main atraction from this place and had a great time.

Comfortable and good stay.

Pros: Location is perfect. Entire place was so clean and did not spot any thing. Kitchen utensils are complete and also clean, were so convenient if you want cook a meal.Overall stay for 3 nights was comfortable.

Cons: Our first day the elevator was not working only on our floor(2nd floor) so have to carry the luggage by stairs but it was fixed the next day. Also the noise from other room you can clearly hear it.
