Pros: Worth for money. Good location. Comfortable beds. The apartment is big and incudes everything you need.

Cons: One bathroom is small and the sink wasn’t cleaned. The sewer smelled very bad.

Cons: The quilt and sheet that was spread over the double bed made a distinctive sound when you turned over, which would wake up the person next to you. It would be better if the fabric was soft and comfortable so that you could turn over without making a sound.. In the first two apartments in Barcelona, ​​I stayed for four days through Booking.com. I paid the tax and security deposit through a credit card through the link on Booking.com. But here, after entering the apartment, the apartment staff took the security deposit and tax from me on the machine. The tax, which was three hundred euros, and in Pakistani currency, my account was negative 101,005 rupees. On which the bank deducted charges twice. Once 4,040 rupees and the second time 5,050. But I have not received the security deposit back yet. I have sent the full details to the number given by the apartment. But I have not received any response from there. So I request that the security deposit money be deposited back into my account.

Pros: We liked this apartment a lot! It is very nice, clean and got everything you need. Our family of five stayed 7 night and it is perfect for big family. Two bathroom is good! Excellent location! We loved the area. Many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Host, Eduard is very nice and kind 😊 We definitely recommend this apartment 😍 Barcelona is very lovely city 💖

Pros: The location is excellent, plenty of choice in terms of local bars and restaurants, from fine dining and good tapas to fast food. It's very near metro and bus stops and within easy walking reach of many attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, with great amenities and a small but useable and sunny balcony. Quiet, residential space with plenty of good quality supermarkets and shops near by.

Cons: The bed in the third bedroom was not as comfortable as we had expected for a weeks stay. It would have been OK for 2 nights perhaps.

Pros: The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. Also it had everything that you needed and really close to Sagrada Familia. Many restaurants in the area and super markets and pharmacy stores.

Cons: There was a fishy smell that coming from the balcony in the kitchen when the door was open and we think it was from another apartment.

We had a lovely 4 day break in Barcelona.

Pros: It was spacious and comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Cons: We were there in November and it was cold at night, we couldn’t get the heat to come on and while we contacted the rental company and the maintenance guy came we still get the heating on in the radiators.

Great stay at perfect location in Barcelona

Pros: Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Barcelona! Localisation is perfect - close to all attractions, shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and beds guarantee good rest after exploring the city. The constractions on the balcony finally fixed - so we can enjoy seeting there and enjoying nice view of the city. Some tea and coffee provided. Very kind and responsive personel, specially Mikko. Easy checking- checkout process. We were the familly of 6 pax and we feel very satisfied with this place. We will come back if any other occasion to visit Barcelona :)

Cons: I suggest cleaning the black joints in the lower parts of the shower, because they are not aesthetic. And maybe more of cups, plates...

Pros: The location is great, wifi works well, air conditioning works well. Communication with host is good, they are helpful, but sometimes do not respond on Whatsapp. The appartment is clean, beds and pillows comfortable. You can find a good cheap Asian bars nearby.

Cons: - no vine glasses, - too little cups and plates - two little rooms have not much space, especially if you have to fit 2 suitcases in each.

Pros: Very nice well equipped apartment, host is very helpful
