Sunny Apt Barcelona 22

Pros: Everything was amazing. Great location, spacious apartment, responsive host and useful information on site.

Pros: + Cozy apartment, can laundry clothes easily, but requires dry hanging on the 4th floor. + 10 minute walk to most amenities, including markets and restaurants. The Rambla del Poblenou region has many eateries. + Quiet during the night + Extraordinary internet speeds (for an Australian). + Host was not physically present and provides an online portal to handle the Barcelona tourist tax and other forms

Pros: Very large apartment with excellent kitchen and washing facilities.

Cons: Nil-met expectations. There is a lift do the large number of stairs is not an issue. In a quiet area about 5 min walk to Maria metro station.

Great place for my first time in Barcelona.

Pros: Great location, Metro location near and easy access to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. It is easy to walk to some tourist attractions and the beach.

Cons: not applicable

Pros: Host was excellent with their communication. Apartment had been just decorated. We were very happy with our choice. Pau was exceptionally helpful.

Cons: The lift is not for the faint hearted but it added to the experience.

Pros: Pau is a great host, helping us with everything that we needed. The apartment was clean and nice, close to the metro/bus stations, near the beach and the city center.

Reasonably priced apartment. Good base for a short stay.

Pros: Location was fine and facilities as described. However the decor was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Skirting boards chipped etc. Single room VERY small with no window. I would rather have used the sofa bed. Also a duvet would have been nice rather than just a bed throw. However, we were only there one night and it was very reasonably priced. Pau always responded very quickly. Lift was amazing & we were very glad it was there as the apartment is on the top floor!

Cons: The apartment decor needs some attention. The folding door to the single room was damaged. Also, there is no socket near the bed in the single room. Beds only had a cover - no duvets or blankets but they were comfortable.

Au calme sans être trop loin du centre

Pros: Proximité du métro, endroit calme de Barcelone, super pizzeria juste en bas de l'immeuble

Cons: Un peu excentré des points d'attraits touristiques, mais ça se fait bien en transports donc pas bien grave.

Buena ubicación, entorno agradable y cerca del metro

Pros: La anfitriona muy amable, preocupada de detalles. El departamento muy cómodo para dos personas o dos parejas o matrimonio con un hijo, con dos camas de dos plazas. Lavadora y detergente para usar.

Super Consigliato

Pros: Appartamento accogliente dotato di tutti i confort Molto pulito in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e ben situato vicino a 2 stazioni della metro Super soddisfatto Super consigliato

Cons: Dover pagare la penale per un ritardo dell'aereo
