Perfect apartment for a vacation in Barcelona

Pros: Perfect location! On Catalonia square and still quiet. Spaced studio apartment. Nice preserved building with a doorman 24/7. Kitchen fully equipped. Kind owner and Thank you hercles!

Cons: Not enough hot water in the shower. Bathroom not equipped enough. Dishes weren’t clean upon arrival.

Perfect location with a wonderful view!

Pros: Perfect location, view and vert comfortable stay. The accommodation had everything we could have needed. The accommodation was accessed via security which made you feel safe. The location was perfect, a lovely street without being on the Ramblers. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The metro was easy to use and also in the same street. The Barcelona tour bus was great. 2 day pass was well worth the money. We visited Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Glories Tower, Flamenco show, Colecium theatre (Rocky Horror Show), Casa Batllo, La Ramblers, boat ride along the shore, all of them were amazing!

The apartment provided a great base from which to explore the sights and wonders of Barcelona.

Pros: The location in the centre of Barcelona is excellent, with many places of interest within walking distance. Security of the apartment is also excellent. The communications with the owner were prompt clear and helpful.

Cons: Minor issue is a build up of clutter in the apartment, book cases, lamps, excess of crockery. A clean out would add positively to the spaciousness of the apartment.

Pros: Truly a home away from home. This roomy, well-equiped loft apartment is brilliantly located in the heart of Barcelona. This would be my first choice for accommodation if I were to return to this most exciting of European cities.

A great place to enjoy Barcelona!

Pros: The location could not be better, next to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas walking street. The studio has a nice view of cool buildings near and far. It has all the items we needed to cook and be self sufficient. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of books we didn't really look at, but lot of Spain & Barcelona books. It was nice to have two elevators serving the building, plus 24/7 guards in the lobby.

Cons: The lighting is a little dark and one corner standing lamp was broken. The owner is aware that the hot water didn't last more than 5 minutes for a shower, so presumably he'll ask the plumber why....
