Pros: Very nice location, very close to the center, and public transportation. Perfect for a ciyi break or a longer stay. Even tough you came with that family or friends, the location is perfect. Edison waited for us, and helped us with early check in (12.00), without extra costs, and was very nice.
Cons: The place does not have gas or centralized heating, it has just electric radiators, and we had to be carefull, but for us it was not a very big problem. Recomandatio:. Change the air conditioners to new ones and lose the electric radiators!

Greatt place to stay.
Pros: Great stay. The accommodation was located in easy access to major places of interest. It was perfect for a family. It was spacious and had lots of amenities. The washing machine was a bonus. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place.
Cons: Would have liked a tv in the loft area.

Pros: The place is really beautiful and spacious. Location is very convenient to get to either with metro/bus or coming from the airport with express bus. Close to main attractions and walkable distance to Gothic Quartier/El Born.
Cons: The upstairs bathroom sink was not working properly - it was leaking water all over the floor.

Fantastic
Pros: Beautiful property, close to everything eg metro, airport bus, restaurants, Ramblas, Casa Batlo, shops. We got the address wrong and we got in late but the property manager kindly waited for us.
Cons: As it was in the centre of town on a weekend there was faint noise from people around at night. It was not really an issue as we slept alright. There was a loft with no balustrade so it could be a problem for young kids but not for us

A nice place with small disadvantages
Pros: Nice location, plaza Catalunya is very good choice from transportation point of view (underground, taxis, bus lines, hop on hop off buses, airport buses). Security staff in the building. 2 lifts. Big terrace.
Cons: The smell of the drain from the bathroom. If more than 2 persons are in the property - the bathroom is reachable via the sleeping room only.

Great location, great apartments, check in really easy
Pros: Great location, good sized apartments with easy check in process with Gemma. Perfect for our group of girls, we especially loved the third floor apartment.
Cons: There is an outside balcony with furniture and a roof terrace, but the terrace has no furniture up there to sit on. If you are on sofa bed bring an eye mask as the light is not blocked out.

Fantastic location and very safe
Pros: Excellent location and very easy check-in. We were allowed to check in early which was really helpful. Apartment perfectly suitable for our needs.
Cons: Could do with a little refresh inside and limited crockery (glasses/ mugs) but this is not a major deal

Pros: Accessibility and location in town. all shops are around and transports facilities very well situated. the appartment is very bright and very comfortable x5 persons - one couple and 3 teens. all facilities in the appartment are exceptional - highly recommended thank you
Cons: all was exceptional I truly cannot put any bad reviews, this appartment is a gem
