Excellent location and nice appartment

Pros: The location was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and there was also a metro and bus stop nearby. We did have some issues with the electronic key, as we were not given instructions on how to enter the building. First, you need to press the wall keypad and enter the building number (No. 3), then the apartment number and ring the bell; only after that you can use the app to unlock the door. This was explained to us by a neighbor. There were no problems entering the apartment itself. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons: There was no large bowl available (e.g., for salad). The balcony faced the inner courtyard, where there was some ventilation, and there was a noticeable smell of food.

Pros: Central location of the apartment with great restaurants nearby. Contact with the customer service was good with a short response time.

Cons: The apartment had several small damages and that absolutely should be repaired soon. The lack of maintenance gives the guest a 2.class impression.

Cons: The key part was very tricky as the instruction video is not at all helpful., had to call them again and again.

Perfect location. Clean. Perfect for 5-6 people.

Pros: LOCATION is just perfect. Communication with the staffs was quick and they were very helpful. The virtual key system wasn't really great but we managed with physical keys. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location close to everything.

Pros: Great location for Las Rambles. Nice big bright apartment. Had fab kitchen.

Cons: Getting in the main door was a pain. All done on an app but it wasn't working. Was lucky someone was coming out so we got in.

Centrally positined , calm , well equipped apartman comfortable for 4 Pax,

Pros: The communication with the Barcelona OlaLiving offices was excellent...and on the site , they were kind enough to store our luggages before check-in (12-3PM) and after check-out (11AM-6PM) what made our scattered life (by terrible flight schedules ) much easier. The location ....could not be better positioned , literally steps from BUS/ METRO ....Placa Catalunya. Very comfortable for four , well separated bed and bathrooms, beds , furniture are OK.

Good stay in Barcelona

Pros: I traveled with my family: 4 person with no kids. We had a very good stay in the apartment: it is spacious, clean, quiet with a well-equipped kitchen and in an exceptional safe location to experience Barcelona both during the day and evening, with all transportation nearby.

Cons: -The main bathroom had some bad odor issues to solve. -The access system is a little bit tricky, but once you sort it, becomes easy and quick (make sure to press the bell after your apartment number on the intercom). -The apartment wifi is too slow, so I'll not recommend it for remote working.

Pros: The location is perfect, at plaza catalunya and next to farrgi cafe ( which is a really good cafe imo ). You have to checkin using an app and some code, it was a bit confusing but the owner was really helpful so definitely not a problem for us. And we'd definitely stay there again when we go to bcn
