Good location to explore the citt

Pros: The location is quite good to explore the city. The flat is very functional and comfortable. The staff at the office are very helpful.

Cons: The building where the apartment is located is nice, but the staircases are incredibly narrow. There is an elevator, but it’s very small and, frankly, not very practical. Also, we stayed for three nights, and on the second day we asked whether a cleaning could be done, but it wasn’t. Considering the price of the apartment, even a quick cleaning in the middle of a three-night stay would have been appreciated. But overall, I can say that we were satisfied with our stay.

Pros: Location and apartment size/set up. New bathrooms and kitchen were amazing but they still kept some of the Spanish touch which is good!

Cons: Apartment block quite noisy at night. No coffee pods offered and towels were basic and too few for a group of 4

Pros: Very good location close to metro. Good restaurants nearby. Including fantastic caffe https://escriba.es/gb/. Walking distance to Placa Catalunya and Espanya. And other important Barcelona places.

Cons: Very small elevator and narrow staircase. No window in one bedroom

Great location, kitchen, aircon, main bedroom

Pros: Modern kitchen and perfect size rooms. Amazing main bedroom/private bathroom. Aircondition best I ever had.

Cons: Noisy stairs outside main door (door not isolated). Small elevator.

Pros: We have had a pleasant stay at the AB centric universitat. The location is convenient as most tourist places are within walking distance. Moreover, the staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They even sent us a new clothes rack!

Cons: We encountered difficulty entering the apartment, as the digital key only seemed to function on the flat door, not the entryway to the building. Despite seeking assistance from the staff, we were still unable to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we met someone from the floor below who helped us enter the building.

Great place to stay, would recommend!

Pros: Perfect location, well appointed and very comfortable

Pros: No breakfast..... Loved the decor, Great location. Very clean.

Pros: موقع الشقة ممتاز جدًا وقريب من محطات الباص والميترو، نظيفة جدًا ومؤثثة بشكل جيد وفيها كامل احتياجاتك اقدر واشكر المالك، كان يتواصل معنا بشكل يومي للتأكد من راحتنا ومن عدم نقص اي احتياج ومع اني لا احب السكن في نفس المكان مرتين الا انني لن استبعد عودتي لها مرة اخرى

Cons: الأسرّة كانت غير مريحة للبعض لكنها جيدة

Super fijn appartement

Pros: Hele fijne ruimtes, midden in de stad, maar toch de rust van een eigen plek. Parkeergarage direct I het appartement blok. Locatie vlakbij centrum
