Spacious & Sunny Apartment with Terrace in the city center

Very pleasant living space. Well located apartments. Close metro, the Rambla, and boqheria market

Pros: great flexibility for schedules and system that does not let see that we are seasonal tenants. Each person can have a key, which is great

Cons: The kitchen deserves to be better equipped, in my opinion it lacks a citrus press, a potato masher, more plates, teaspoons, saucepans. There were 7 of us and there was a lack of equipment. There is only one bathroom which also contains the toilet, which requires some organization.

Great for groups

Cons: Only 1 bathroom shared between 8 people was bit of a struggle

Cons: As others also said, the bathroom is a bit dated, but everything worked fine.

Pros: Super terrasse, emplacement au top, chambres spacieuses, espace de vie correct. Jolie decoration. Propre.

Cons: Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain et si on est plusieurs, ça peut être un problème. petite salle de bain.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the city center near Plaza Catalunya. Huge apartment with 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, very large living room. Excellent instructions for entering the apartment.

Cons: One of the bedrooms has a window that faces the corridor of the building, and it is not sealed so light comes in all night. The toilet and bathroom are very small and old, and a bit difficult for a family of 5. The heating of the radiators is not strong enough, but in the cold hours you can close the kitchen room and turn on the air conditioner. Another disadvantage is that the opening of the street door and the apartment door is from the phone, so if the battery runs out or there is no Internet connection, it is not possible to open.

Pros: Rent og pænt. God plads. Kort vej til alting. 700 m fra Ramblaen.

Cons: Kun et toilet til 7 personer.

MUY AGRADABLE Y AMPLIO

Pros: EL APARTAMENTO ESTA HERMOSO Y MUY COMODO, CUENTA CON TODOS LOS SERVICIOS DE CALIDAD

Pros: Location was 10/10 - very close to Las Ramblas (all the shops etc.). Had some great bars and restaurants around the area. Very easy to walk places - we rarely took the metro. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We did have to go out and get some more supplies as there was not enough provided (i.e. toilet paper etc.) but there were tons of shops around to grab some extra. I would def recommend this place for a larger friend group or family but be aware there is only one bathroom. We visited in February but in the spring/summer the outdoor patio area would be fantastic for hanging outside in. My friends and I loved it here and would def recommend it to others!

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Pros: Localisation excellente, appartement spacieux, agréable et très propre.

Cons: Manque de petits équipements dans la cuisine (plats pour le four, dessous de plat, carafe…).
