Centrally located with value for money and great with kids
Pros: Location is absolutely great; right at Rambla, all the historic attractions like La Boqueria and Gothic Quarter are all within walking distance.
Cons: We requested an early check-in, but the host suggested asking on the day of arrival, which was a bit scary since we were with kids and the weather was really bad when we reached. A good way would be to accommodate such requests and either accept or reject them early so that people can manage and plan things wisely.

Pros: Location, easy electronic keys, clear instructions, nice kitchen
Cons: Unfoldable sofa not that much comfy, need to invite some “djadja Borja” not a local “Marco” to normally fix plumbing issues for years :)

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona!
Pros: This place is amazing. Wonderful location—clean, full of character, and thoughtfully designed with great to detail. It has everything you need. The virtual key access is really convenient, but be careful not to go out for coffee without your phone 🤣
Cons: Please note that city taxes are not included in the listed price. They only appear after the reservation is confirmed, despite the pre-booking price stating that everything is included. This is not the property’s fault, but rather an issue with Booking. I reported the discrepancy, however it was not addressed.

Great location!
Pros: The location is exceptional, just a short walk from the bustling La Rambla, with La Boqueria close by as well. There’s a cafe right downstairs, which makes it very convenient for grabbing a coffee or breakfast. The bed is quite comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the essential appliances.
Cons: The only downside is that the bathroom has no ventilation, so it often smells humid and damp. Other than that, the apartment is a great place to stay

Well done Booking.com! A near perfect reflection of this accommodation.
Pros: The apartment delivered on it's promises and the review's that we read were reassuringly correct. Like most traveler's we rely heavily on the reviews and this apartment did not disappoint.
Cons: A washing machine would have made this stay perfect!

Pros: Nice and clean apartment that is close to the city center and the cheapest parking. Loved the location. The host is responsive. The down side was that we were unlucky to find out that the water heater was broken and we didn't have any hot water. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed during our stay but we received 50% compensation. Apart of that everything was great. Definitely will be back.

Good price relative to the location and the comfort offered, my score is 8.5.
Pros: Good price relative to the location and the comfort offered, my score is 8.5. Excellent location, on a picturesque street, which leads to La Rambla, no more than 30m. The apartment is large and clean, the bed although minimal (only a wood frame) has a good mattress. Good customer service, although the first time I called them I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to answer and then I hung up, but I was quickly called back.
Cons: I had to pay a 150 euro safety deposit but it was returned ok back to me on the 2nd or 3rd working day after checkout. Very late checkin, at 4pm (although checkout is at 12pm) and you can't even leave your luggage at the location, you are indeed offered the possibility of leaving them somewhere, but it is very far away, in the Placa Espanya area (5 metro stops from Placa Catalunya + 10-15 min walk). I arrived in Barcelona at 9 am, I went to Placa Espanya to leave my luggage (very friendly people at the location), then I took the metro (price +10 euros for 3 people) to Placa Catalunya to walk along La Rambla, then I returned to Placa Espanya to pick up my luggage, and then I also took the metro back (again 10 euros spent) to Placa Catalunya to get to the apartment - very inconvenient! Access to the building and apartment is only by digital key, so if you don't have internet or your phone's battery is dead... The bathroom smelled of mold, not very strong but enough to be disturbing. The balcony was welcome but the balcony door did not close properly, it was spaced at the top, so it did not provide sound insulation. I stayed for 5 days and during this time no one bothered to empty the trash bin even. The coffee maker was broken but it was replaced the same day I complained.
