Pros: I really liked the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort. The Gothic Quarter felt very safe, with police regularly patrolling the area. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby, all within a 5 to 30 minute walk. If you want to explore other parts of Barcelona, the public transport is also very convenient and well connected.

Cons: There were only three rolls of toilet paper for four people staying six days, which was not enough. In the kitchen, there was almost nothing provided except a dishwashing set and half a roll of paper towels. The coffee machine had no capsules, and there were no basic items such as salt, sugar, or coffee. The balcony door also squeaks a lot. M These are small details, but considering the price, a bit more attention to them would make the stay much better.

Nice place to be just in the center of the city

Pros: The interior design was perfect and the place was clean with comfortable beds and fresh sheets and towels. The location was easy to reach, very close to metro and just in the middle of La Rambla.

Cons: Because of the location, it was very noisy even during midnight and early in the morning. I can not think of the noise during summertime. I would have expected to find at least one or two coffee capsules left for a nice welcome or even a bottle of water.

We are very happy with the stay and helpful staff.

Pros: Great location. Well decorated, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Cons: Nothing.

Safe comfortable and in a good area in the beautiful Gothic quarter

Pros: We felt secure and the property was modern and in a good location.

Cons: Very complicated registration process. Rubbish disposal was confusing as there were no large public bins in the vicinity.

Pros: Good location, very clean apartment. Fully functional kitchen.

Cons: The apartment is located on principle level, which we can hear the street noise. Though it’s expected, the door does not insulate much noise or heat. We can hear people screaming at night even on the weekdays.

Pros: It was in the center. Good enough for 4 person. Clean.

Cons: No complimentary water.

Booking and access a nightmare, but the accomodation is superb

Pros: The placer is perfect for 2 people or a family where kids are happy with a bunk. The kitchen was great, the bathroom was great, the sofa was great. We loved oit

Cons: Booking this place is a nightmare. You need to enter passport details for every person, you need to take photos of everyones passport, you need to take a selfie of everyone staying... getting on a plane is easier! 3 hours before we arrived we were sent an email with an link to a site with swipe buttons to open the doors. You lose that email... you aint getting in. Your phone dies... you aint getting in. The office is open until 8pm, but after that, you'd be sleeping in the street!!! Also, the A/C didnt seem to work, so the room was hot. Opening the windows was out of the question when it was sleep time as it was always noisy.

An amazing experience with a great location. Would definitely recommend people to pick this property!

Pros: The property was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The space was great and really felt like home.

Cons: The bunk bed was abit hard to climb up to, but otherwise all great!
