Ola Living Boqueria

Cozy stay in Barcelona flat

Pros: Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Location is great few steps to Boqueria! Amazing view from the terace.

Cons: There could be more then two mugs. Smaller bad than expected. And the online checkin was a bit pain.. I cannot imagine filling the online checkin when I’m old.

Amazing location . Nice and quick and easy communication with the owners . Perfect for short or long stays

Pros: The location is perfect . The easy access as well . And no late check in fees were a plus . Balcony was lovely for the evenings and a good kitchen set up . Tv which connects to Netflix , YouTube and lots more

Cons: Some bits that need some some TCL , some water damaged wood , stains on one or two cushions but nothing that effected the stay at all and is a quick fix

Pros: So close to everything, perfect place to get around everywhere the metro is right outside

Pros: The location, size, and staff were professional and reasonable with a situation that came up

We had a great few days stay in a lovely bright room with windows all along the property. Convenient to every thing &

Pros: We loved the central location & lovely terrace view over the city

Cons: Nothing at all

Great location, great value

Pros: Spotlessly clean, amazing location, modern with a nice outdoor terrace. Easy key system. Pack with coffee pods and green tea + cleaning products. Amazing value.

Cons: Despite pretty good sound proofing, there was quite a bit of street noise late at night and early morning but to be expected with that location!

Amazing place!!

Pros: Cleanness is always a top priority for me and my friends when we travel as well as the location. Well… both were TOP. Nothing can beat this location! Front balcony overlooking La Rambla and the back St Josep market… And the cleanness… everything was spotless!! And in spite of being in such a busy place we could barely hear anything from outside.

Cons: Nothing absolutely

Pros: Great apartment and amazing location will definitely return

Great apartment in a fabulous area

Pros: The location of this apartment is perfect, right in the centre of la Rambla, it is an easy 5 mins walk to the gothic quarter, and so close to loads of sights and fabulous restaurants and cocktail bars. The metro station is right opposite so getting to Sagrada Familia and park guell is easy. The beach was just a 30 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and had loads of space with a big balcony looking over the famous Mercat de Broqueria. It would be ideal for family or friends. It had the basics so we could have made a simple meal in the apartment if we had wanted. The Ola team were very helpful and always at the end of WhatsApp, we had a problem with the coffee machine and they were very quick to replace it for us. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again.

Cons: I wasn't keen on the digital key system, it was just a bit of a nuisance having to get my phone and email up every time we entered the property, but it did the job. The checking in system was also time consuming and a bit confusing to start with. I do prefer to check in with a person. Our stay was for 4 nights, they only left us one dishwasher tablet and no tea towel, so we had to buy more dishwasher tablets. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms. But these are small things that would have made the stay 100% perfect.

Pros: location is great, very near some attractions, city and supermarket; easy to access; rooms are clean; shower facilities good; host is responsive; appliances clean and works.

Cons: entry door handles wobbly as if falling off and not secure; not enough coffee capsules for the number of people and days of stay that we have; sofa feels worn.
