Pros: Apartamento cómodo. Muy buena la atención de Sergio. Muy pendiente de todo. Nos explicó como movilizarnos y nos hizo varias recomendaciones acerca de los sitios a visitar.

Kleine gute Wohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Hervorragende Lage (nahe der U-Bahn Parallel, in der Nähe der Straße Carrer de Blai mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, Laufdistanz zum Montjuic). Sehr gute Ausstattung, insb. Klimaanlage, ausführliche Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschiene, ... Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Schlüsselübergabe.

Cons: Alles bestens. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Pros: Suurepärane asukoht, korter oli vaikne ja puhas. Kõik vajalik oli olemas. Linnast ei olnud kaugel ja kõrval oli mõnus jalakäijate tänav, kus õhtut veeta ja süüa. Vastuvõtt oli väga meeldiv ja saime ka viimasel päeval kohvrid korterisse jätta, et õhtul lennule minna.

Pros: Puiki lokacija. Patogios lovos. Visko užtenka, ko gali reikėti poilsiui po visos dienos mieste.

Cons: Nėra lifto ir statūs siauri laiptai, tad jei turite sunkų bagažą, bus nelengva, jį užnešti ir nuleisti.

Pros: Die Lage ist gut, um die Ecke gibt es eine Straße, in der man hervorragend Pinchos essen kann.

Cons: Die Küche ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sauber. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber man hat ja noch das Wohnzimmer.

Pros: Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra - blisko przystanek i metro.

Cons: Budynek zamieszkuje wiele rodzin, więc odczucie jest jak by się mieszkało z lokalnymi mieszkańcami. Nie każdy może lubić to, natomiast nie odniosłem negatywnego wrażenia. Ogólnie pozytywnie.

Odlična lokacija

Pros: Odlična lokacija, dućani i barovi odmah u istoj ulici, dobra prometna povezanost, blizina centra grada, susretljiv domaćin.

Cons: Ofucani namještaj u kuhinji, gljivice u kupaoni, izrazito mala vrata za ulazak u sobe sa šiber vratima koja se ne daju zatvorit, pomoćni krevet u raspadajućem stanju.
