Pros: Location is very good. Metro station is very close. It made us feel like we are living in our house in barcelona.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect place to enjoy the city but also for jumping in a train to visit the beautiful towns nearby

Pros: Location is convenient. Just a couple of streets from the main train station (good connection from-to the airport). The place is surprisingly quiet enough considering being in a zone that could be loud. Minimarket is next door, fresh fruits across the street, barber a couple of steps to the left. The apartment is spacious.

Cons: I don't have a problem with this, but for some tourists that need elevator to make it to the third floor you may want to look somewhere else. As an old building, sometimes the pipe (in the bathroom) may have some smell (nothing so critical but if you are sensitive to that, keep that in mind). Thin walls (neighbors respect the night silence hours, but during the day you may hear the neighbor playing the clarinet).

Pros: Easy to get access. Host was very efficient. Great location.

Cons: Need a little bit of a touch-up. The shower head is leaking, spraying water everywhere

Excellent appartment!

Pros: The location is great! 4 minutes to L3 metro, lots of stores around and restaurants. We especially liked the fresh fruits store across the street and the Japanese restaurant nearby. Very quiet and safe location.

Pros: It had nice views out of both balconies, lots of space, good cooking facilities, good wifi and walkable to most places.

Cons: Shower was leaky when turned on to full pressure and a slight smell sewerage every now and then in the bathroom

Pros: skvělá lokalita, blízko dvou linek metra, apartmán je velký, potraviny v blízkosti

Cons: fen byl nefunkční, postel pro 2 je poměrně úzká

Pros: L emplacement, le calme , proximité des commerces , l agencement dans l appartement, La literie ,

Cons: L arrivée de l eau chaude et l éclairage trop blanc

Buen apartamento cómodo y bien comunicado

Pros: La zona donde está es tranquila y cercana al centro, a Montjuic, etc. El barrio tiene todo tipo de tiendas y locales de restauración. El salón, la cocina, los dormitorios y el baño tienen buen tamaño. Los dormitorios dan a la calle, el salón y la cocina a un amplio patio interior. El apartamento está en una tercera planta, no una segunda. El edificio no dispone de ascensor.

Cons: Un poco justito de vajilla. No tiene televisión. No tiene sábanas encimeras ni mantas, sólo edredón (muy caluroso). No lo digo sólo por este apartamento, pero los horarios de check in y check out suelen ser muy estrictos, a pesar de haber bastantes horas de diferencia entre uno y otro (5 en este caso). No pudimos entrar antes de las 16.00, de hecho se retrasaron 20 minutos. Para salir, recibimos un mensaje recordándonos que teníamos que salir a las 11.00 y cinco minutos más tarde entraría el personal de limpieza.

Pros: バルセロナ・サンツ駅から5分の立地、近くには地元のバルなどもあり、とても良い。 部屋のベランダから見える景色はサグラダファミリアなどの華やかなイメージとは違い、ローカルなバルセロナの生活が見れます。 あとはクーラーが各部屋についてます。

Cons: 大きな荷物を持ってくる人にはなかなか辛いエレベーターなし（但しエレベーターないけど大丈夫ですかとあらかじめ確認の連絡はきます） 洗濯機と記載があったのですが実際はありませんでした。 そこは訂正したほうが良いかなと思いました。
