Apartment Vila Olímpica Barcelona next to beach & garden

Pros: The apartment was very good, air conditioning was excellent. Even though it was in a business district, there was plenty of cafes and restaurants within 5/10 minute walk.

Cons: Lack of a balcony/outdoor space

Pros: Clean and very well equipped apartment, close to grocery stores and the beach!

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed and even some thoughtful extras that aren't always included. The location was quiet and pleasant. The owner was extremely helpful, with excellent recommendations and communication. Definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: Very cosy, nicely lighted and comfortable apartment in a good location. Well equipped.

Pros: We loved this studio apartment, it was an extremely comfortable stay. It was enough for our family of four, a large double bed, the two sofas became single beds. We were in a great location, close to the beach (about 10 min walk), nearby to a lovely area, (again 10 min walk)with lively bars and restaurants. Jordi gave us some amazing information on great places to visit, restaurants, places for brunch. We loved our stay in Barcelona, we especially loved being able to cool off at the beach after our sightseeing.

Very nice apartment!

Pros: Good location, close to sea and downtown. In general very nice apartment.

Cons: Sound isolation was very poor, if somebody from other apartments is having party or coming back from \

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The location is good. Walking distance to the beach and 2 minutes to the metro station. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants and coffee shops around, which we like. The window overlooks over green trees (even in winter) and makes it cozy. The interior design is nice and feels like home. The owners are kind and helpful too.

Cons: The shower only lasts at most 10 minutes which is not convenient for a family of four. But it's okay if you take a shower at different time of the day. The owner kindly explained that it's due to the limited capacity of an old facility, which we understand. It didn't bother us too much since the weather is not hot and we are not sweaty. The living room serves as the second bedroom and is not fully separated from the bedroom, which makes it inconvenient if you want a second room to work after the kids sleep. But anyway, we enjoyed our stay still.

Pros: Amazing, clean, modern apartment close to the beach and the Ciutadella Park. The hosts are very friendly, and flexible. The equipment is extraordinary.

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, very clean. Located 5min from the metro and 25 min walk to the city center.
