Apartamentos Express by gaiarooms

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. However, communication was not very smooth.

Cons: We informed them that we were coming from the airport and asked about early check-in, but no one replied. When we arrived around 4 PM, it was very difficult to reach them and we had to keep calling. Eventually, a man answered and apologized for the delay. Aside from the communication issue, everything else was good.

Pros: location. nice flat (we stayed at the 4th floor). one bathroom for each bedroom. well equipped. no need to meet staff for check-in/-out.

Cons: no hot water for most of the time. this is a known issue (see other reviews), management called us back after we complained telling us they would send someone to check... obviously the water boiler(s?) are insufficient for the building's needs. absence of plug for the appliances provided in the kitchen. no shutters or blackout curtains (apart from a couple of totally useless & absurd ones in the living area). clean but not spotless.

Great Location, Spacious Apartment

Pros: Great location, very spacious apartment (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Very clean. Was a bi t apprehensive about the virtual key access but it worked well.

Cons: Kitchen only had one glass available on arrival but Gaia put more in promptly when this was highlighted to them. Only available plug point for the kettle was on the floor.

Pros: Very good location, quiet area with easy access to the center, clean apartment with two bathrooms, bath towels provided. Access to the apartment is done with virtual keys, there were no problems. Small details of non-functionality were resolved immediately. Thank you, Gaiarooms.

Pros: Great, big and clean apartment, great location, great customer service.

Cons: The door didn't open with the app, after calling the number we got a code instead. Everything worked smoothly and the person we talked to was very nice.

Good location but cold property, no heating

Pros: Very good location, you could walk to most attractions. It was pretty spacious and it had 3 bathrooms. Shower pressure was good even when used at once.

Cons: It was cold, felt colder than outside at night. There's no heating at all. There were loads of appliances in the kitchen but no plug whatsoever. We had to plug the coffee machine in the small bedroom and put it on the floor. The kettle barely reached the plug. The tablet downstairs wouldn't recognise my booking so couldn't use it. Even called the call centre and they couldn't sort it. So we used the link to pay. Then the virtual key wouldn't work to open the door so we had to call again. Finally they opened the door for us and said we would have 2 keys inside but it was just one.

Pros: Very good and clean location, great staff always ready to help you 24/24.

Cons: Abit annoy with the virtual key checkin but we got in and able to use it after the link reseted.
