Aspasios Gracia Apartments

Definitely choose the same apartment for our next trip

Pros: Good location, the apartment looks exactly as described and pictured

Perfect apartment in a great area.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great area with lots of food choices. easy to check in and being able to open the door with your phone was very convenient. Great market around the corner and easy to get to public transport.

Cons: Tiny shower but not a deal breaker

Pros: We loved Aspacios apartment. Segrada, Casa Battlo 20min walking distance. Supermarket, fruit and veg shop just around the corner. Restaurants were close too. Two metro stations walking distance. Apartment was spacious, clean, had everything we needed.

Was looking for something like this apartment and it was perfect for me and my family.

Pros: Everything was perfect for this apartment. First the cleanest of the apartment (super), the location (near metro Fontana) where we went to all the places (Ramble, cathedral of Barcelona, Sagrada familia, Museum of Picasso etc), the market, places to have breakfast, dinner and the market. Went all well.

Cons: Nothing everything went as anyone would have wished.

Pros: Great location for the apartment. Lots of great places to eat near the apartment. The beds were very comfy beds too. Nice showers too. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Welcoming environment with interesting neighbourhood.

Pros: Loved the space, light and comfort. Beautiful balcony off each room. Facilities easy to use. Great communication with host.

Great place to stay if visiting Barcelona

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and it met all our expectations. We particularly liked how easy it was to enter the property as we had a code to enter the main door as well as the apartment door which was a lot easier than having a physical key. The location is great, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and bars as well as to the beach.

Cons: We were under the impression it would be 2 double beds, but one of the rooms was a twin room. This wasn't a massive problem for us though as we just pushed the twin beds together!

Very good

Pros: The location was great—a 5-minute walk to the big market, a lot of shops, and a quiet street. The apartment was clean, and we had a great bonus on the TV set. We could watch a lot of movies in our languages. It was a kind surprise from the owner of the property. The mattresses were very comfortable.

Cons: Very loud audibility from neighbours and the entrance. It was raining at night and it was knocking right on the pipe in the kitchen. Very loud

Great location- Some comprimises but overall we had a good stay.

Pros: Great location, lovely high ceilings and windows, nice space with hallway, living room with smart Tv and Double bed room. Good storage solutions. Easy digital locks, so smooth check in/out.

Cons: Floor was very cold, layered with dust and the tiles in the living room were loose/broken (safety issue!) Only one small bathroom for 4 adults! Even smaller kitchen- one person at a time. The second bedroom was very packed, no windows.

Extremely spacious apartment in fantastic location. Spotlessly clean. Has everything you need.

Pros: The apartment has impressive security, but there is no physical key. Instructions for using the electronic key could have been a little clearer for non-technical individuals. We were fine but had to help our neighbours enter their apartment.

Cons: The only problem which we flagged was the seal on the main bathroom shower which kept coming off so the water seeped onto the bathroom floor making it slippery. The showerhead in the other bathroom needs to be replaced as the showerhead kept falling down.
