Classbedroom Fira Business Apartment

Pros: The appartment is really clean and complete. 2 bathrooms. Location is really good and central. Close to Poble Sec, the Arena.

Cons: Bathroom 1 and shower 1 is large and good. Bathroom 2 with shower is small for larger adults.

Cons: The access to the building is very easy but access to the flat is an absolute pain. Personally I do not like that system, specially if you travel with older people, very difficult for older users.

A comfortable and well-located apartment, perfect for a short stay in Barcelona.

Pros: Property was spotless, bright, and felt like home. The space was comfortable and modern, and the location made moving around Barcelona so easy. Check-in was quick, and communication was excellent throughout.

Pros: The apartment is just so good for a group of 4 or 5.

Cons: It is a little bit noisy because it locates too close to the avenue and the school.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is in a great position within walking distance of Montjuic and the city centre. There is also plenty of public transport nearby.

Comfortable, Clean and Spacious

Pros: We really enjoyed staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. About 10 mins casual walk from the Espana and Poble Sec metro stations.

Cons: The 3rd room is good for 2 persons but doesn’t have space for large luggages.

Pros: We loved everything about the place - the apartment itself as well as the location. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the living room much bigger than it looked in the photos, the beds were comfy. Great location - plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood, about 25-30 min walk to the city centre, Montjuic hill with the fantastic view of the city practically just steps away from the building. Very easy to get there from the airport and the whole process of getting into the building and then the apartment was very straightforward too.

Cons: The only minor thing I found slightly inconvenient was that I could clearly hear the neighbours behind my bedroom's wall

Pros: I go for a conference every year, we've now stayed at this apartment 3 years in a Row so I think that says enough. its better than having a hotel room we have sofas to rest in and a table to work at. bathrooms are lovely and we have 2 so one each. This year the upgrade to smart locks was good as I didn't need to arrange to meet someone for keys its out near the Placa Espanya, so using public transport is easy. also getting a Taxi is easy from the hotel near by as there is almost always one waiting. By taxi its about 10e to the conference 10e to central Barcelona and maybe 15e to 20e to the beach bars etc

Pros: Great location close to Espanya and metro stations, as well as bus stations. Very roomy apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy self check-in.

Cons: Some basic kitchen necessities would come handy (salt, oil, vinegar).
