Really nice hitel room

Pros: Really nice hotel room in a nice neighborhoud. Good beds

Perfect and beautiful place for a short stay.

Pros: Located at the city center of Terrassa, easy to find any service around the area, whether having breakfast, drinks or dinner. Customer service was great and they are available 24 hours.

Cons: No complains or dislikes about the place, they were very helpful any time we asked for something. Even though it is in the city center no loud sounds or anything.

The place to stay in Terrassa.

Pros: Large and modern rooms, with a cosy atmosphere. Huge bed and very comfy pillows. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian area at the centre of the city.

Cons: Breakfast was good, but not at the same level as the rest.

Lovely modern hotel, excellent facilities & super friendly staff

Pros: Hotel was excellent, huge comfortable bed , lovely bedding,nice balcony. In a quiet part of Terressa unless there is an event on at the theatre, but even then it was not noisy late into the evening. Lovely breakfast, super helpful staff who were all very friendly and interested in what we were doing. Coffee machine in bedroom. Very modern, took us a few days to get used to the lights, air con but all was great.

Cons: Safe in room is small, not big enough for a lap top but it does feel super safe so hopefully this will not be a problem. Cups in bedroom very small, but you can take a mug up from the breakfast area. TV is all Spanish, Netflix and other options available but I expect only for Spanish nationals as we were asked for a pin code. Was not a massive problem as we had i-pads and could stream with the free wifi.

Stylish, luxurious and comfortable

Pros: The hotel is beautifully designed, ultra modern and comfortable. The room was spacious and chic with elegant decor and a lovely private balcony. Helena and Silvia on reception were friendly, incredibly helpful and fascinating to talk to.

Cons: Nothing.
