Fisa Rentals Gran Via Apartments

Very good location and suitable for families.

Pros: The location and the cleanliness. We traveled with my baby, and they provided a crib and a high chair. Everything was like in the pictures.

Cons: There are stairs to the elevator, 7 or 8 steps. That was the only thing we didn’t like because we had to go up with the bags and the stroller.

Apartment was great. Loved the apartment.

Pros: You had everything you needed. Very comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff were polite and helpful. FISA Rental Main Office staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons: Took a while to figure out how to use Central Heating even with File on how to use it so l asked Cleaning Staff. I mentioned it to the Main Office and when l went back later that day it had been turned on. Which was great as it getting a bit cooler in the evening. Streets are confusing so took pictures - opposite big hotel El Palacio.

Pros: It was a comfortable apartement,with nice view to the street with big windows. Near city center , shops and restaurants. Nice that they offer me an early check in. Thank you.

Cons: There was quite a lot of noise from the street even though I was on the 4th floor. The bathroom needs renovation. I would like there to be a door that locks from the inside, like in hotels, because if someone knew my code, they could enter while I was sleeping. That made me feel a bit unsafe. Also, there should be a coffee machine with capsules like nespresso . Every one has one in our days.

Excellent base for exploring. Shame about the drain smell.

Pros: Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the main square. Lovely views out the windows.

Cons: There was a horrible smell that came from the toilet/shower after a few hrs of arriving. We informed the staff in the office and the cleaning staff did something to improve the smell but it came back again a few hours later. It was a bit noisy at night.

Not really satisfied this time

Pros: Excellent location, safe area and well equipped apartment

Cons: There was no soundproofing, so the noise from the busy roads outside was clearly audible. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing maintenance or construction—either upstairs or downstairs—with constant digging sounds that were extremely disturbing. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication or apology from customer service regarding the situation.

Lovely stay

Pros: We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable here. The location is excellent. We were traveling with 18 month old child and could easily walk from the bus station and to all main tourist attractions. The apartment was spotless and free of unnecessary items, which made it very baby friendly. We really appreciated having a baby cot, high chair, and a baby bath insert already available, which made our stay much easier. Blackout blinds and good sound insulation were a big plus. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing breakfast before heading out. Check in was smooth, communication was clear, the deposit was returned promptly, and the view from the apartment is beautiful. We would happily stay here again when visiting Barcelona and highly recommend it.

Spacious apartment in city centre

Pros: Unit is basically studio plus 1 room unit combined. 2 kitchens and living rooms are overkill, but enjoyed the spaciousness. Location is central, check in strictly at 3pm, but can put luggages in Fisa office 200m away from the apartment.

Cons: No oven despite having 2 microwaves and 2 fridges. Ancient washing machine, and so unfortunate that unit above was renovating hence was very noisy from 7am to 7pm. There are approx 6 steps before the lift, hence need to carry luggages. Check out time at 11am is too early..

Excellent

Pros: Brilliant location. About a 20 minute walk to casa battlo which had loads of shops around it like Sephora and all. Really good value for money. Clean bathroom and lovely modern features

Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment with loads of space in an excellent location.

Cons: Only issue we had was we wanted to use the oven but couldn’t find any baking trays/dishes and the pages regarding how to use the oven had been removed from the user manual.
