Pros: Very nice comfortable spot with easy access and good location

Pros: Overall a great apartment. Nice and bright. Close to the bus stops and Metro.

Cons: The two bedrooms in the front of the apartment. The windows are super drafty and you can hear everything from the street. There is a pub/ club just a few apartments down, and you can hear it like you are in the club itself. I got a noise complaint from the neighbours when I called to see what was going on they said there is a noise sensor in the apartment that tells you that you are going over a certain decibel. But we only had the washing machine on. And they told us that you can't use it from 10 am to 10 pm. We were never told this. But we got a notification at 10:45. So that left me totally confused. And the floor in the living room and kitchen could us a good scrubbing. No pegs to hang your laundry up outside. Had to use the drying rack inside, which to forever to dry

Excellent stay, would recommend this apartment to others

Pros: Very clean, great location, good facilities/equipment available, and company offered help with sightseeing in the city

Cons: We saw 1 silverfish

Pros: Great location. Near metro and close walk to Los rambles and gothic quarter. Excellent communication for check in. Excellent aircon and nice roof top outdoor area. Kitchen is well equipped

Cons: No faults with property

Pros: Apartment was very clean Hosts were very helpful and were able to leave are bag whilst waiting for our flight

Cons: Beds were hard Poor sound proofing- could hear street noise, loud music and noisy neighbours. This happened all through the night The area didn’t seem very safe at night

Overall a great stay would recommend

Pros: Easy to access with electronic keys. Functional appartement

All in all, would go again. With ear plugs though 🤭

Cons: In the smaller bedroom (next to to corridor) you heard all noises from the corridor as not all residents were quiet when entering or exiting the building which was unpleasent during the night.

Great Apartment

Pros: It has complete ameneties from comfort room to the kitchen.It also has washing machine for laundry and dish washing machine for bulk washing.We also like the fact that it has balcony for us to sit and relax enjoy the sun and the cold air.And it is 5 minute walk to the metro.

Cons: We stayed for 7 days but they don't replace our towels atleast once or the towels on the toilet.Also no towels for your feet in the kitchen at least they have one for the water spill on the floor.But over all it was a great stay.

Pros: I liked the easy way to enter the building, the apartment itself, the view from there.

Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like.

Pros: Roof terrace was exceptional. Good location and easy check in. Good value for money.

Cons: Automated noise complaints after 22:00
