Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie komfortowe. Dwie łazienki. 3 sypialnie, jedna duża, komfortowa, 2 dość ciasne ale można dobrze się wyspać. Czysto. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo pozytywy, szereg informacji i zainteresowanie

Pros: In posizione comoda per visitare Barcellona Stazione metro vicinissima Comodo il check in automatico Appartamento spazioso e pulito Non ci sono limiti minimi di età per il check in (ovviamente maggiorenni) contrariamente ad altri appartamenti a barcellona

Cons: In generale un po' rumorosa la zona ma non ha rappresentato un problema La struttura non è molto veloce nel rispondere ai messaggi. Un paio di volte abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avere una risposta.

Séjour très sympa !

Pros: Nous avons aimé la taille de l'appartement (2 salles de bain et 3 chambres), le confort, la literie, les équipements, les rangements, la climatisation et la propreté (à part un cafard qui est apparu dans la salle de bain mais cela n'est pas dû à la propreté de l'appartement. Il était peut-être rentré par la clim). L'appartement était conforme aux photos présentées dans l'annonce. Attention, lorsque vous arrivez, le quartier peut faire peur mais nous n'avons eu aucun souci pendant notre séjour. L'appartement était bien situé !

Cons: Dans l'annonce, il était indiqué qu'il y avait un parking et c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet appartement mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, il n'y avait pas de place de parking. Nous avons demandé à la personne qui nous a accueillis et elle nous a proposé de regarder sur google maps pour trouver un parking public à environ 100 mètres de l'appartement. Le parking nous a couté excessivement cher : il faut prévoir un gros budget parking ou venir sans la voiture ou trouver un logement avec place de parking inclus. Les frais de ménage sont très honéreux. Ils pourraient être moins couteux ou alors il faut laisser le choix aux locataires de faire le ménage eux-mêmes.
