Perfect for family of 5 - spacious and great location

Pros: Great location to everything. We walked from our place to the main area in Barcelona and to the waterfront. Close to Metro station too. Super large and spacious for a family of 5. Double bathrooms was really nice to have (& typically rare). Comfortable beds, full kitchen. Great balcony space too. Perfect for morning coffee. Blackout blinds were great too. Especially for jetlag

Cons: Walls are super thin and we could hear the neighbors and noise from outside. Everything seemed to quiet down by 2am (we were there over the weekend).

Pros: Great space for family, great location and lots of grocery stores nearby and apartment had everything that was needed.

Cons: A few fixes needed - door knob to be fixed, fridge leaked water at base

Cons: Sehr teuer für 2 Personen (EUR 290 pro Nacht für zwei Personen) und dann trotzdem ZUSÄTZLICH nochmal EUR 30 für eine Übergabe am Sonntag verlangen ???) = 3 Nächte Ende April 2024 hier für EUR 900,- Sehr professionelle Vermietung wohl aller Wohnungen des Hauses. Haus sehr hellhörig, Stühle, Dusche (!), Treppenhaus, andere feiernde Gäste. Harmlos dagegen: Sehr lauter Kühlschrank im Wohnbereich. Wir haben ihn schließlich ausgeschaltet. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, auf jeden Fall ungenügend für 6 Personen. Am Tag vor unsere Abreise kam früh schon eine Mail, dass wir doch jetzt dann abreisen würden und mit KLAREN ANWEISUNGEN, was wir trotz mitbezahlter \

Pros: Просторные апартаменты. Фото соответствует. Прекрасное месторасположение. По просьбе заселение было на час раньше, а вещи оставили за пару часов ранее. Все необходимое было ( полотенца, посуда).

Cons: Единственный минус, очень слабо работает плита. Долго приходилось готовить завтраки.

ABSOLUUT EEN AANRADER !!!

Pros: Goede communicatie tijdens reservering en verblijf, twee badkamers, faciliteiten, alles schoon, gunstige ligging vlakbij centrum en rustige kamers, balkon, aardige buren. Super vakantie! Iedereen heeft genoten en wij komen graag terug.

Cons: Er viel niets tegen. Als wij heel erg kritisch moeten zijn, in twee aparte kamers een klein bijzettafeltje extra. Maar in principe waren wij helemaal tevreden.
