Stay U-nique Apartments Balmes II

Pros: The appartment is beautiful, large and bright, and very well located. We were able to enjoy long walks through Barcelona, there were good restaurants in the area, coffee shops and bakeries.

Pros: We were wellcome with bottle of wine and decoration for birthday. In our family there was a birthday boy. Someone has noticed that from the checking page. Very cute! The location is very good. Exactly to the metro station and a bus stop. Clean, new furniture. Very good choice.

Cons: There is no option to put overcoats near the entrance in the appartment. But it is not critical problem ;)

Fantastic apartment to explore Barcelona!

Pros: The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thats the reason we selected this one. There was a good cup coffee machine in the apartment and a very big fridge as well. The apartment is very close to the subway station (4 stations away from central Barcelona), 2 supermarkets en 2 bakery’s (one gluten free bakery), also many restaurants in walking distance. The area is not touristic, we liked that!

Pros: Large and spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is well equipped. Very close to the metro and bus stations. Very satisfied

Cons: /

It was brilliant

Pros: We had some issues with the aircon and as soon as we reported it help was arranged and replied to our messages rapidly.

Cons: It was a bit challenging to get into the flat. Luckily the cleaners were still there so they could let us in. The door is opening with a WiFi code but we could not have signal in the corridor. It might have been my phone not the system.

Pros: Really nice, comfy apartment, very clean! Perfect location, 2 minutes from metro and a spar! Beautiful building with elevator. Thanks for the stay, I would choose this flat again!

Modern, peaceful, spacious apartment with good appliances and an amazing responsive host

Pros: Service was amazing from the host. Had a faulty bedroom door handle that locked on its own and the host arranged a locksmith within an hour. Electricity tripped and host assisted immediately with instructions to resolve. Water went off in the apartment building and host followed up. Modern apartment with full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, TVs in main lounge and bedrooms, lovely bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay there

Cons: Aircon into the main room was weak and so the main bedroom was a little warmer than other rooms. Beds were a little hard

Satisfied

Pros: The property was spacious and clean. Location was good. Walking distance to metro and bus which connected to most tourist attractions

Cons: The bathroom door did not have locks (i dont know why most apartments in spain do not have locks on bathroom door). Also one of the bathroom door did not close fully. We are staying with friends and kids and were always tensed when using the bathroom.

Comfortable stay in a fully-equipped spacious apartment

Pros: Spacious, big, apartment. Fully equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable. Easy access to public transport. In quiet area. Kitchen has everything needed to cook.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent stay. Recommended.

Pros: Great location, close to metro station. Initial keyless entry via your mobile phone. Large spacious apartment. Clean. 2 of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and 2 had a shared bathroom. Nice towels and toiletries provided. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: In the shared bathroom the shower door did not have a good seal so water leaked onto the bathroom floor when using it.
