Worth

Pros: The property gave us feeling of living at the start of 20th century... whole building is magnificent so is appartment... we had all we needed and it was pretty much close to everything that needs to be visited while staying in Barcelona. Also, they were fast on replying so thats one more plus.

Cons: Its not about owners or something but the building as it is old hundred years you also feel that in the night time. Sound isolation is almost non existent so if u're lucky enough how we were and had lil bit noisy neighbours it might be problem during night (it wasnt big deal for us cause we are 22y olds but I think its worth saying it if family wants to come here). Also you have to pay 300€ for deposit while checking in online which is not bad review just information for upcoming guests, everything was given back in total few days later so nothing to worry about.

Pros: Nice neighborhood. 10 min walk from metro station. 40 min walk to city centre. Confortable apartment for 4 persons.

Cons: Very bad soundproofing. We could ear everything from the other apartments. Could not sleep well due to this.

Pros: Modern, great layout and great facilities with a perfect location for getting into centre of Barcelona.

Cons: Everything was perfect however neighbouring properties were a bit loud on some nights therefore it would have been useful to have ear plugs in the flat.

Cons: 2 спальні не мають вікон на відкритий простір. З однієї кімнати так зване вікно виходить в під'їзд, а з іншої- у простір розміром декілька квадратних метрів, де проходять каналізаційні труби, туди не попадає сонце і свіже повітря. Тому в цих кімнатах недостатньо світла і свіжого повітря. Штучне освітлення в цих спальнях також доволі тускле, як на мене, недостатнє

Pros: Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und für 4 Personen wirklich viel Platz.

Cons: Die wohnung lag in einer Seitenstraße und war morgens etwas dunkel, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran.

Bardzo dobry wybór na pobyt.

Pros: Ładne mieszkanie, historyczna kamienica z ładnymi podłogami i sufitami, dobrze wyposażone i wygodne dla 4 osób. Pokoje niewielkie, ale wystarczające. Uroczy balkonik z salonu. Dobra restauracja na parterze.

Cons: Wszystko ok.

Pros: Eine minimalistische Einrichtung und der relativ zentrale Lage. Es hätte zentraler sein können, aber die zwischen Wege waren kurz und gut

Cons: Die Sauberkeit der Boden war nicht gewischt und die Erreichbarkeit vom Anbieter. Alles kontaktlos, so dass man keine Rücksprachen halten konnte.

Pros: Casa bella, confortevole e pulita. Completa in ogni cosa, elettrodomestici, piatti, bicchieri, lavastoviglie, lavatrice ecc

Pros: 这个房子非常喜欢，整体很安静，小阳台喝咖啡很舒适，地理位置也很好，买面包和火腿都挺近，去景区我们步行也没觉得累

空間寬敞舒適，設備完善，地理位置也很便利。如果不是對聲音特別敏感的人，這裡絕對是一個很值得推薦的住宿選擇。

Pros: 小陽台得十分舒適，是個可以坐下來喝杯咖啡、好好放鬆的絕佳角落。廚房設備齊全，步行即可抵達附近多家超市，讓我們能夠輕鬆採買食材，親手準備豐盛的餐點。客廳、飯廳以及兩間臥室的空間規劃相當寬敞，即使我們這次只有兩人入住，相信四到五人入住也會非常舒適。最加分的是房源內附有洗衣機，讓我們在多天的旅行中維持清爽、提升了整體旅行品質。非常推薦這個溫馨又實用的住宿！

Cons: 整體住宿體驗非常愉快。雖然房源本身有些年代，隔音效果相對較弱，能聽到鄰近住戶的聲音，但對我們來說並沒有造成困擾。
