A very good place for people who are focused on sightseeing.
Pros: Good location, the apartment is clean, all information about the apartment is available online, early check-in possible, good and fast online contact with the staff, good equipment, all devices are functional, fast internet included in the price. Smart TV. Air conditioning (but we only used the heating mode). Hot water is heated continuously by a gas furnace (there are no restrictions as in the case of a boiler). Two separate bedrooms. Very well-kept tenement house with an elevator. The area looks safe, quiet and clean, it is close to the metro station, bus stop, small supermarkets, pharmacy.
Cons: These are just small things (suggestions) that I think are worth adding: We missed a microwave and a radio (or BT speaker) in the kitchen. There could be more shelves in the wardrobe. The entrance door cannot be locked from the inside (this is useful with electronic locks).

Nice stay for families at a northern neighborhood of Barcelona
Pros: Big, spacious apartment, well equipped, separate room which can be used for the kids Not too far away from the metro, and the metro is not too far away from the city center Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are nearby
Cons: Not the fault of the owners, but subjectively there was a lot of noise from the neighboring apartments, specifically from one apartment in which tourists got back drunk late at night . second time it happened they also lost the keys which prolonged the ordeal until almost 2AM There is a 300 Euro deposit, although that was returned relatively quickly by the owners

Sehr schön.
Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist nicht ganz zentral, aber zu Fuß kann man dennoch viel erreichen und mit Bus und Metro kommt man überall hin.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist (wie in Spanien sehr häufig) recht hellhörig.

Pros: Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich gleich wohlfühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Pros: Balkon Klimaanlage Bettwäsche und Handtücher Gute Ausstattung der Küche Aufzug ruhige, aber zentrale Lage Busverbindung direkt bis an den Strand

Cons: Très mal isolé de l intérieur Bruyant en fonction de vos voisins , encoche appartement voisin entre salon et salle à manger, Ascenseur bruyant face à la première chambre

Bello apartamento en Barcelona
Pros: Me encanto este apartamento tiene todo para sentirte en casa, desde el gancho en la puerta para guindar abrigos en invierno hasta esponja con jabón para lavar platos. Que detallazo las cápsulas de café, el vino de bienvenida y bolsas con cápsulas para el lavaplatos! Que lujo !!! Gracias gracias por el complemento igual en el baño pars todo lo que necesitas me encanto este apartamento

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una buona posizione in una strada tranquilla. L'entrata e i corridoi cosi come l'appartamento erano puliti. L'alloggio era ampio, pulito e bene arredato. Lo consiglio !
Cons: Tutto è andato come previsto.
