Enjoybcn Patio de Gala

Pros: This is among the best apartments I have stayed in the last 10 years using booking. Extremely clean apartment, clean bedding in the bedrooms, super equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, great espresso machine, just like home. Wonderful breakfast which was delivered every evening. The location is great and quiet with supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was very expeditious and kind with great communication on WhatsApp, big greetings and thanks to Neto, Katerina, Elena, Silvana and Marcia.

Visiting for the first time

Pros: Very clear and helpful information with lovely staff providing prompt and good responses to any query. Lovely clean and pleasant flat in wonderful interesting area with great public transport very close by.

Nice Apartment in a Good Location

Pros: The location was excellent and very convenient, near Gràcia station with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets just downstairs. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the terrace was a lovely addition. Communication with the property was good via WhatsApp both before arrival and during the stay.

Cons: It would have been appreciated if some mugs for tea or milk had been provided. There was also a brief power cut during the stay, although this was easily resolved by resetting the fuse. Although a washing machine was listed in the information, it was not located inside the apartment itself but rather in a shared communal area, with only one washing machine and one dryer available, which made it somewhat inconvenient to use. The check-in process was not entirely smooth. Although the digital codes were sent before arrival, the key box did not open automatically as described, and the staff were unable to identify the exact location of our key. As a result, we had to try several boxes before locating it. While the staff were in contact via WhatsApp, the situation still felt a little uncertain at the time.

Really enjoyable, would stay again!

Very nice place in Barcelona (Gracia area)

Pros: All was great, one of the nicest places I stayed in with a family on a BC platform. Central heating was very good, spacious for 4 persona with 2 bathrooms.

Cons: Not a dislike but more a recommendation- there were no mugs for tea or milk, and no coffee cups though there is a coffee machine. Additional cutlery like cutting knives would be nice too.

Great appartement in a great location

Pros: It was clean, new, cosy and it had everything you need even if you wanted to cook something quickly. Also the location is very good because it allows you to get quickly to the places of interest.

Cons: When we arrived there was no ley for the apartment in the keybox, but the personnel fixed rapidly (30min) the issue and all went well after.

Perfect stay

Pros: I loved the area. Central enough but also quiet . Shops, nice local restaurants around and it’s easy to go anywhere

Cons: No windors in the toilets and the ventilation was not working properly. Not a big issue for few days but I suggest to fix it.

Pros: Location,very large apartment with all mod cons,appreciated the cleaning materials provided for dishes etc,good communication with the company by wasapp,very efficient.

We were there for 6 nights and had a fantastic time. Accommodation was very comfortable.

Pros: Gracia is lovely, close to amenities, quieter and more Spanish which we liked. You can get a tube anywhere which is really cheap for a week's pass. The apartment is clean and functional with amazing beds and pillows, we had a Deluxe which was a nice size for four of us. We had a view of the pool on one side and the main road with a little balcony on the other. The communication from staff is excellent via What's App, we let ourselves in but had an issue with trying to work out our air con and someone was around in minutes to help us. Neto and Katerina were particularly helpful. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants in local area. If you go up the Cable car in the Monjuic region make sure to check out the great food and view of Barcelona at Salts Bar - fantastic.

Cons: The shower in the main bedroom is great but if you put it fully on the water doesn't drain away quickly and the floor can become flooded. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures and due to the high buildings doesn't get sunshine all day. There's only a few sunbeds so could get busy in high season. Useful for a quick dip though. For information the electrics work using the door fob (the instructions said key so we were trying to put a key in the slot).

Paradise in the heart of Barcelona!

Pros: Amazing location! Considering your in the city, you wouldn’t know it when you’re in the garden. The ground floor apartment was spacious and well presented and had almost everything we needed! The check-in and check-out process was super easier, no complaints at all! The staff were super helpful! Would 100% stay here again!

Cons: The kitchen set-up was a little awkward (plates and mugs stored way too high. Could do with a few more oven trays.
