Pros: The apartment was very spacious. Although it looks old, it wasn't an issue for us. We were 2 couples and we had everything we needed.

Cons: One of the bathrooms was slightly stinky like a sewage, but the opened window solved the issue. We had a little issue with unlocking the apartment, two smartphones of three were not able to unlock the door.

Pros: It was clean, location was great. Good quality furnishing, bedding, and towels They had provided basic things like washing pods, dishwasher tablets and coffee

Cons: There was so much noise from the apartments above with people walking around at night

Pleasant apartment but non existent customer support

Pros: We got the deluxe apartment and we really liked it. The location is excellent and nearby many shops and restaurants.

Cons: Our power got cut off by the main switch at our apartment and this happened many times in a short time interval. I contacted customer supply asking for help as it felt that some of the appliances are malfunctioning. I was promised that someone will contact me very soon to fix the issue but nobody ever reached out. It feels like there is nonexistent customer support at this property and if something is not working well then you are on your own.

Pros: Perfect location in the center of Barcelona. The metro station is right by the building door and also near bus stations. The apartment was cozy and clean. It was very convenient that there were 2 bathrooms and toilets.

Excellently located good sized apartment which could be stellar if a few things fixed

Pros: Amazing location. Great size of apartment. Excellent shower and water temperature.

Cons: Floors tiles in places need to be refixed. Only 2 sets of towels for 4 people for a week.

Lovely apartment for our group of 5

Pros: Very clean and comfy. The host were great when the first part of our group arrived and couldn’t access the app/ access codes and sorted it all out quickly.
