Pros: We loved the area.. super convenient for getting around the city and there’s a shopping centre close by. The host was lovely and really easy to communicate with, which made our trip so much easier.

The perfect combination for those traveling to this city
Pros: The host was always in contact. He helped with everything we needed (it's worth noting that we were traveling as an elderly couple (!)). The house is easily accessible from the airport (bus 46). The stop is near a large shopping center opposite the house. The building has an elevator. We had no problem registering online and entering the building using a link. Overall, the apartment has well-functioning air conditioning (not for a single room, but for the entire apartment). The double bed is large and comfortable. Our room had a bathroom: clean, with toilet paper and everything we needed for a shower. The kitchen is clean and suitable for cooking. We also used the washing machine. Our room overlooked a small, quiet street; we slept well. The internet worked well. We would love to return next year.
Cons: Overall, we were happy with our stay in the apartment (in our room). However, to be fair, if your main destination is Barcelona, the journey to the city center can take an hour or more (direct bus H12). We had one day planned for this and knew where we were staying. The room also looks more spacious in the photos, but keep in mind that the bed takes up about 80 percent of the space. ... and of course the price... but that's a trend throughout Barcelona (this year, it seems, they even raised the tourist tax)...

Very pleased
Pros: The apartment was very comfortable(kitchen with all the amenities we needed), the room(with the bath)was very clean and when we asked something from the supervisor he responded right away .We mention that the place of the apartment, is highly connected to the center of the city with buses,metro etc.I will choose it again ,without any doubt.

We enjoyed with my wife staying at this apartment and I already booked it for the next year, also.
Pros: The location of the apartment is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping over Gran Via.
Cons: Everything was rather convenient and well organized by the owner of the apartment.

Convenient transportation. Very close to the exhibition hall.
Pros: There is no breakfast service, but there is a kitchen available for use. There is a Carrefour convenience store nearby, so you can buy some simple ingredients and prepare them yourself. It is very convenient. I personally like it.
Cons: The only drawback I encountered was that the hot water was sometimes cold and sometimes not hot when showering. The bathroom is not in the room. For me, it doesn't matter. But if you have higher requirements for accommodation, you may not like it.

Really practical room
Pros: More rooms in the same apartment, with closed private door, we had the one with private bathroom in the room and a common kitchen. Quiet zone, good position for everywhere

Exceptional apartment, cleanliness and staff. Will 100% book again.
Pros: First of all it started with exceptional communication from the host. Then we got into the apartment and were amazed at the cleanliness and how big the apartment was. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we ever used (there were also a washing machine+dryer). When we reserved the room with private bathroom we didn't expect a big bathroom but it exceeded our expectations. Also more than enough toiletries were offered. The bed was also the biggest and most comfortable bed we've slept in. We never felt like we had roommates even though there were a few in the time we stayed. You really see that the host puts in the effort in every way possible to make it better for the guests, there is no cheap \
Cons: The only thing we regret is not booking more days here.
