Pros: It was complete and very accesible to train and buses .

The stay was excellent — for such a price in such a good location, it was perfect.

Pros: There was a slight confusion about the address at first, but I called and clarified where I needed to go. It was very convenient to open both the courtyard door and the apartment door with the electronic key. The apartment was spacious and bright, and the small balcony was lovely. Having two bathrooms was perfect for a family of five. There were also welcome drinks in the fridge — water and cola — which the children especially appreciated. The location was excellent, close to the metro, buses, and sightseeing spots. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons: In my opinion, everything was excellent. Perhaps it would be nice to have some coffee or tea provided in a small container, but of course that’s not essential. Or perhaps a city map could be placed on a shelf so that it is easily accessible.

Pros: Huge apartment where we could walk to lots of the interesting sights.

Quite old but you have evrything you need. Near to supermarkets, resto and to Sagrada familia.

Pros: I liked the welcome drinks (soda and water) they have provided. Breakfast is not included we make our own. The location is quite far from the city centre but it is manageable we just walked then.

Cons: Although the apartment is quite old but they have all you need in an apartment.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the space was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for comfortable everyday living. There were plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day exploring the city. A special thank you to the host, who was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs we had during our stay. You can feel that this place is cared for with love. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. 💛

Family stay

Pros: It’s a professional rental. From check-in to access, it is all digital. Relatively easy to check in. Door doesn’t need a key but a smartphone or tablet with internet connection (don’t know what happens if you find yourself e.g without battery on the phone). My parents could get help to enter from the hostel next door (same company). On the plus side our apartment was having a nice balcony to the inside of the block and it was a spacious as expected. We are former neighbors so we chose the location, since it’s for us the best neighborhood in the city, at walking distance to Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf. There’s a public parking lot very close (Gran Via, next to the Bingo) with great rates if you book in advance.

Cons: On the minus side, we were somewhat disappointed with the furnishings. Seems like a collection of leftovers without much attention to detail, like the old broken scissors, dated and squeaky furniture and appliances, cracked dishware, insufficient plugs. Additional lighting in the living room would be welcome since it’s too dim and has no lamp over the dining table. All in all there doesn’t seem to be a concept of what a normal family needs for everyday life and a checklist for the upkeep of the apartment. For us it was still a good choice but for the price, we were expecting a better quality (and we’re all experienced travelers that have many experiences to benchmark against).

Pros: It was very clear the apartment. they were answering to us every moment and all the good places of Barcelona were near to us . Perfect, thanks guys.

Loved the apartment but a couple of small (and inexpensive) things would make a big difference

Pros: The apartment uses a keyless entry system, pressing a button and sliding a slider on mobile phone or iPad. It did not work on iPad at all and it was very fiddly on mobile phone. On two evenings, my phone battery ran out on the way back to the apartment and I had to find somewhere to charge up late in the evening. Very annoying. JUST PROVIDE KEYS. Keys have worked for hundreds of years. Keys are good!

Cons: Entry system The small bathroom has no shelf by the basin - nowhere for razor, soap, shaving foal, toothbrush, toothpaste. It needs a shelf No soap dish in shower. Shower needs a shelf or wire basket.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and very central. It had everything we needed and more! I loved that I could open the door with an app and I didn't have to worry about keys!
